Celebrities have trainers and dieticians helping them maintain their bodies. Many of these fad diets were actually created in Hollywood, it’s a marketing strategy targeted at the people that want to look like celebrities; it’s not necessarily the answer to a happy and healthier life. Always consult with a physician if you are planning on going on a diet, it’s important to be aware of the pros and cons when it comes to changing the way you eat. Also, remember that exercise is a better way to get fit, there’s no need to swallow cotton balls or eat nothing but baby food.
