As a celebration of 10 years in the fashion industry, designer and singer Victoria Beckham (AKA the former Spice Girl, Posh Spice) teamed up with world-renowned chocolatier Pierres Marcolini to design a limited-edition box of chocolates to be sold at her Dover Street flagship store in London. Last week, the two met up at a kitchen in Paris to make the chocolates by hand.

Each limited-edition box of Pierres Marcolini Les Coeurs de Victoria Beckham includes 16 pink heart-shaped, low-sugar chocolates. The boxes contain four different flavors all encased in white chocolate—Yuzu Heart, a white chocolate ganache with fresh yuzu and mandarin pulp; Rose-Passionfruit Heart, a white chocolate ganache infused with rose and passionfruit; Salted Caramel Heart, infused with salted caramel; and Casse-Noisette Heart, a hazelnut praline caramel and Casse-Noisette hazelnut spread, studded with caramelized and roasted nuts. According to Marcolini’s website, the chocolates are made from the finest cocoa beans and ingredients found all over the world.

On Thursday, Beckham posted a video on her Instagram of some playful bloopers from her evening of creation with Marcolini. The video captured the pair standing in a Paris kitchen in white bakers’ uniforms, mixing batters with whisks. “Pierre, you know life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you’re going to get,” Beckham said in one clip. Other clips show her struggling to whisk her bowl to the same consistency as Marcolini’s, and Marcolini reaching over to show her how it’s done. “Pierre is going to say he’s never going to work with a fashion designer again,” she said off-screen in the end.

In reality, the two said that they greatly enjoyed working together. According to Marie Claire, Beckham praised Marcolini’s craftsmanship, attention to detail, and sense of humor. Marcolini said he was happy to celebrate Beckham’s many fashion achievements with her and join their creative visions together. The two plan to work together again in the future on a holiday collection later this year.

In addition to the chocolate collection, Beckham debuted her 10th Anniversary Collection at Fashion Week in September. Her designs included suede clutches, pendant necklaces, beveled square sunglasses, Eva pumps, and a 10th anniversary T-shirt. The photos taken for the anniversary reflect a shoot done by Juergen Teller in April 2008, which featured Beckham modeling for Marc Jacobs.

The chocolates are available now on eu.marcolini.com and for a limited time in Beckham’s store on Dover Street in London. Let us know in the comments if you’re going to order a box of Pierres Marcolini Les Coeurs de Victoria Beckham.
