While everyone has their own favorite genre of television, sitcoms are something most of us can agree on. Sure, they may not be the highest quality programs on television, but who doesn't love a good 20 minutes of wholesome laughter, right? Just look at how far the stars of The Big Bang Theory have managed to go since their series first debuted back in 2007.

Instead of talking about today's biggest sitcom stars, we have decided to take a look back at some of our old favorites. All of these 90s stars are now over 50, so we're interested to see what they're looking like today and of course, what they've been up to. The years have certainly been kinder to some of these stars more so than others, but we still hold a special place in our hearts for all of them! Let's start scrolling and find out where each of these actors have ended up, shall we?

20 Courteney Cox Is Still Finding Her Look

Well, she may not exactly be Monica Geller anymore, but Courteney Cox is slowly but surely returning to her former look. After having had quite a bit of work done following the finale of Friends, Cox has decided to reverse the decision. She confessed earlier this year that she's had all of her filers dissolved and she couldn't be happier to be looking like herself again.

19 Lori Loughlin May Be Looking Great, But She's Seen Better Days...

Back in the day, Lori Loughlin was best known for her role as Aunt Becky on the hit sitcom, Full House. While she did manage to create a successful career afterwards by tying herself to the Hallmark Channel, things have not been looking great for the actress in recent months. Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giuliani, are facing multiple charges revolving around a college bribery scandal.

18 Alfonso Ribeiro Can't Stop Dancing

Ok, so technically Alfonso Ribeiro is just under 50, but how could we not include Carlton Banks on a list like this one? Since the finale of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Ribeiro has found plenty of projects to work on (many of which have been about dancing). Ribeiro was also the man chosen to stepped in and replace Tom Bergeron after his 15 years hosting America's Funniest Home Videos.

17 Things Have Changed A Lot For Matthew Perry Since The 90s...

Matthew Perry is another actor best known for his time on the hit sitcom Friends. Perry portrayed funny-man Chandler Bing throughout all 10 seasons and was truly a fan favorite. However, things have been quite rocky for Perry ever since the finale. Not only has he opened up about his long time struggles with sobriety, but his role selection over the recent decades has been less than successful.

16 Caroline Rhea Is Still Laughing It Up

Sabrina the Teenage Witch hasn't been on the air since 2003, but Caroline Rhea has been keeping busy. She's done a number of stand-up specials and some may not know this, but she actually voices the character Linda Flynn-Fletcher on the Disney series Phineas and Ferb. Rhea has openly struggled with her weight over the years, but here she is looking as happy and healthy as ever!

15 Ray Romano Has Returned To His Comedy Roots

While he may always be known best for his leading role on the show Everybody Loves Raymond, Romano has been doing a good job at staying relevant in Hollywood over the years. He's continued to play television leading roles like his current one on the series Get Shorty, though just this past year, he's also gone back to his stand-up roots by releasing a new Netflix comedy special.

14 Karyn Parsons' Look Has Completely Changed Since Her Days In Bel-Air

Karyn Parsons portrayed spoiled teen Hilary Banks in the 90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Unlike many of her co-stars, Parsons has not acted in much since the series came to an end back in 1996. It seems as though she's been focused mainly on raising her two children and she's clearly opted for a more natural look in recent years.

13 No Matter How Many Years Go By, John Stamos Will Always Be Uncle Jesse

It is true that John Stamos has had a pretty successful career apart from the series Full House, but we don't think he will ever play a more legendary role than Uncle Jesse. Since this is the case, fans were naturally very excited to hear that Stamos would be reprising his role on the series' reboot Fuller House.

12 Fran Drescher Has Been Using Her Legendary Voice To Support Important Causes

It has been quite a while since we've seen Fran Drescher on the 90s sitcom The Nanny. However, Drescher is still pretty relevant in Hollywood today. Apart from acting though, Drescher has become an advocate for healthcare after surviving uterine cancer, as well as an advocate for LGBT rights. Catch Fran Drescher in the new comedy series Indebted, starting in the new year!

11 David Spade Has Turned To Hosting

When it comes to sitcom stars, it would be tough to find someone who's acted in more of them than David Spade has over the years. It all started with his series Just Shoot Me!. After that one came to an end, Spade quickly found himself on others like 8 Simple Rules and Rules of Engagement. As of July 2019, Spade has been hosting the late-night talk show Lights Out with David Spade.

10 Lisa Kudrow Has Been Keeping Her Friends Close

While Lisa Kudrow may not technically be as successful as her Friends co-star Jennifer Aniston at this point, the actress has still raked in her fair share of awards since Friends ended back in 2004. Kudrow was the mind behind and the star of the HBO hit series The Comeback. She's taken home Primetime Emmy Awards for her work on the series' 2 seasons. Way to go Phoebes!

9 Tool Time Is Over!

While Tim Allen's face will probably always remind fans of his 90s sitcom Home Improvement, his voice may bring a different franchise to mind. Tim Allen voices the legendary character Buzz Lightyear. He has continued to voice the character in even the most recent Toy Story films. Honestly, who doesn't love Buzz, right?

8 David Schwimmer Has Aged Better Than Some Of His Friends

Had we been asked back in the 90s which of the stars of Friends would look the best in 20 years, Ross Geller probably wouldn't have been our first choice. While his former on-screen girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, has no doubt aged the best, David Schwimmer himself really isn't looking too bad.

7 Elaine Benes Running For Office?

No, Julia Louis-Dreyfus has not actually left Hollywood for a career in politics, though her her most successful role to date has certainly been more political than her previous one on the sitcom Seinfeld. Fans of the series will no doubt remember Dreyfus as Elaine Benes, but since starring in the HBO hit Veep, Dreyfus has collected an entirely new fanbase.

6 That's Not Zoë Kravitz, But Her Mom Lisa Bonet!

There is no denying the family resemblance between Lisa Bonet and her daughter, Zoë Kravitz. Since Bonet is not currently acting in anything, it's nice to know we can still kind of watch her through her daughter's performances. Bonet is best known for her role on The Cosby Show which played from 1984 to 1992. She's currently married to Aquaman star, Jason Momoa.

Actress Kristen Johnston is best known for her role as Sally Solomon on the 90s sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun. Catch Kristen Johnston on the CBS series Mom.

4 He's Older, But Joey Tribbiani Hasn't Lost His Good Looks

While Matt LeBlanc may be rocking a more mature look these days, we think he's pulling it off! Obviously, LeBlanc is still best known for his role on the series Friends. His spin-off series was a pretty big disaster, but luckily, his role of Joey Tribbiani was so iconic that many fans have just decided to forget his spin-off ever happened in the first place.

3 Jane Leeves Is All Scrubbed-Up These Days

Back in the day, Jane Leeves was better known as Daphne Moon from the hit sitcom Frasier. While the series ended back in 2004, Levees has still been making moves in the industry. She's landed several movies since the early 00s, but these days, fans can catch her on the medical drama The Resident.

2 Ally McBeal Went On To Marry Han Solo ...?

Yep, that's right! The actress who played title character Ally McBeal, married Harrison Ford back in 2010. Apart from falling for Indiana Jones, Calista Flockhart has continued to portray characters on various television series. Many will remember her from the 00s drama Brothers & Sisters, though more recently, she's been seen on the Supergirl series.

1 Debra Messing Is Still Rocking Those Red Locks

While Debra Messing may not be the biggest name in Hollywood these days, the woman has done a pretty good job since her time starring in the sitcom Will & Grace.
