The Pussycat Dolls have made an epic comeback, as they took the X-Factor stage by storm on Saturday.
London fans were there to see it firsthand, as the X-Factor Celebrity Finale featured the first public performance by The Pussycat Dolls in nearly a decade. Fans of this iconic girl group can rejoice in the news that they will be launching a spring 2020 tour across the United Kingdom.
2 Full Force
The girls took the stage in full force, but not in full clothing. Nicole Scherzinger was scantily clad and was joined by fellow group members Ashley Roberts, Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta, and Kimberly Wyatt.
The audience was treated to a live performance of their favourite songs, inclusive of “Buttons”, “When I Grow Up”, and “Don’t Cha”.
1 New Music
In addition to the favourites, the ladies debuted their new song, “React”. If you thought this was a one-off reunion, you’re wrong, as it appears the Pussycat Dolls are making a more substantial commitment to their group’s reunion. Nicole took full command of the stage and EOnline quotes her as shouting out to the fans; “we just wanna say we love you…and we’re back baby”.
USA Today notes that the group split “because of their intense schedule as they rose to fame”, and quoted Scherzinger as saying “the reunion is something they have been thinking about for years”. New music is definitely on the horizon for this troupe of ladies, and fans can tune in to their Instagram page for announcements of ticket sales beginning as early as today.
