The '50 Shades Darker' Trailer Is Here And It Is Everything

Valentine's Day in 2017 is about to get a lot more interesting: the 50 Shades Darker trailer is out and we are here to tell you that it is amazing.

It's pretty much impossible not to have heard of the stir that the original 50 Shades Of Grey book series made. Women everywhere read the book on the subway (for some reason, the subway was a super popular place to get through this series) and we can admit that we were there for the hype too. The story of innocent Ana and experienced Christian Grey is well known by now, and we're getting a second look at their unique and erotic romance with the second installment in the film series.

In 50 Shades Darker, Christian is doing his very best to win Ana back, saying, "I want you back. I'm not very good at this. I've never wanted to try again." He asks her to have dinner and she agrees, claiming that nothing would ever happen between them again. Of course, that's not where the story ends, but we didn't think it would be, either. Soon the two of them are back together -- aka they're back in the bedroom -- and things get steamy pretty quickly. Of course, we wouldn't expect anything less from these two.

From the looks of the scenes that are in the trailer, Ana is getting a whole lot more than she bargained for, as she keeps seeing the same woman everywhere from on the streets to in Christian's bedroom (or is she imagining her?!). Like all women everywhere, Ana makes the statement that she think that Christian is changing and becoming a different person, aka becoming a better boyfriend and the kind of guy that she could see herself with long term. Yeah right. We've heard that one before...

While we're not sure if happily ever after is in the cards for Ana and Christian, what we do know for sure is we will be in the theater to see this movie opening day, aka February 10, 2017. Let the countdown begin.
