Kate hasn't actually mentioned Pete's name on social media yet. All she's done is put a fan who queried the relationship in their place. Are we looking at a relationship or a fling?

Dating a 45-year-old mother of one is an entirely different story to dating a 25-year-old. Ariana had her fair share of breakups, but she didn't come with anything remotely close to a marriage.
