Shay Mitchell, known for her role as Emily Fields on the hit television series Pretty Little Liars, will be launching a highlighter palette with Buxom Cosmetics.
This won’t be Mitchell’s first project with Buxom. In the summer of 2018, it was announced that Mitchell would be the company’s new Global Creative Brand Ambassador. After joining the company as an ambassador, she collaborated on her first initiative with Buxom: the Pillow Pout Creamy Plumping Lip Powder collection, which included ten shades of lip powder. Mitchell’s style is always on point, so who wouldn’t want to get another chance to recreate her look with a new product?
Mitchell’s latest collaboration with Buxom is the Divine Goddess Cream Highlighter Palette, which was inspired by Buxom’s Divine Goddess Luminizer. The palette will include three luxurious, creamy formulas with plenty of pigment—when it comes to this highlighter, a little goes a long way! Venus is a soft, pale pink shade, Luna will give you a subtle, bronze glow, and Athena is a dark gold shade for more dramatic contour.
Rose gold pigments are still super popular, so if you want to keep up with the trend, you’ll definitely want to check out this palette. Buxom has not announced a release date or price yet, but it will likely go on sale before the holidays, so keep an eye out for that announcement.
Even after the series finale of Pretty Little Liars aired back in 2017, Mitchell has stayed super busy. She currently runs her own production company, Amore & Vito, Inc., and she also stars as Peach Salinger on the Lifetime crime drama series You. She was a guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars, and she also appeared in Drake’s music video for the popular single “In My Feelings.” She also runs her own YouTube channel, where she talks about beauty, fashion, and other lifestyle topics. It’s safe to say that her time in the spotlight did not end with Pretty Little Liars—this actress, model, and creative entrepreneur will be on your radar for years to come!
