Ryan Reynolds Crushes Rumors With Humor Yet Again

Ryan Reynolds is responding to rumors he and his wife Blake Lively have split in the most hilarious way possible.

Ryan Reynolds is quickly making a name for himself as one of the funniest celebs on Twitter. The guy just has a great personality. Even his bio is funny where he says that he is introducing people to the version of himself that got the best results in test studies. But where this actor shines is his comebacks. They are legendary. When Gal Gadot accused the Deadpool actor of stealing her "Wonder Woman" look, he tweeted back to her that, "imitation is the sincerest form of larceny."

Most recently, he had his followers LMFAO-ing when he took to Twitter to set the record straight that he is not, repeat, is not, splitting up with his wife, Blake Lively. It seems that ever since news broke that Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are divorcing, not just fans but reputable media sources are getting paranoid about other favorite celeb couples breaking up.

It's not uncommon for a relationship with one famous partner to face a firestorm of untrue tidbits about them blasted in the media. But two famous superstar partners? Let's just say that they must be pros at reading lies about themselves and not letting it get the best of them. It was Yahoo! who posted a photo on their Yahoo! Entertainment account of Reynolds, Lively and Reynolds' mother (all smiles, by the way) with the caption, "Ryan Reynolds (@vancityreynolds) joins Blake Lively and his mom on red carpet after shutting down split rumors."

Reynolds shot back, "We're never splitting. She'll always be my mom. No matter how much jazz-cabbage she smokes with her rollerblading friends."

Well played, sir, well played.

And after another media source reported that Reynolds and Lively were having relationship issues, he again took to Twitter to hilariously respond, "I wish. I could use a little 'me time.'"

Ah, Mr. Reynolds. So very, very funny. Perhaps he should stop playing superheroes and instead re-focus his career into the pure comedic goldmine that obviously is within him. We would even watch a show where he exclusively addresses Tweets with his special brand of knee-slapping wit. Ryan Reynolds Takes On Twitter? What say you, Ry?
