Embattled reality star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro decided to take a break from his problems and spend some time with his daughter at the Happiest Place on Earth. The Jersey Shore: Family Vacation cast member took 1-year-old Ariana to Disneyland on Saturday, just hours after a protective order against him was lifted.
The 33-year-old posted pics of the father-daughter trip on his Instagram Story, showing a sweet clip of himself and his daughter riding the Dumbo the Flying Elephant attraction at the Southern California theme park. The protective order was lifted after Ortiz-Magro’s on-again, off-again girlfriend and his daughter's mother, Jen Harley, failed to request a temporary restraining order beyond its original date.

Ortiz-Magro's representative had confirmed that the emergency protective order was in place until October 11, following his client’s October 4 arrest after an alleged physical confrontation with Harley. The order stated that Ortiz-Magro was instructed to stay 100 yards away from Harley. According to a previous statement from the Los Angeles Police Department, the alleged incident took place in the early morning hours of October 4, with police responding to a call for a "reported battery in progress."
The police stated there was an unharmed child present at the scene and that the alleged female victim was not taken to the hospital after sustaining minor injuries. The male suspect, however, had been tased by police and was taken to a local hospital before getting booked in a nearby jail. He was later released on $100,000 bail.

In a statement to Entertainment Tonight following the alleged incident, Ortiz-Magro's attorney, Scott E. Leemon, said, "The reporting of the alleged incident relating to Ronnie Magro yesterday is based upon pure speculation and innuendo. We are currently conducting our own investigation and will have no further comment until that has been concluded."
Afterward, a source told ET that the couple were "over for good," adding that their close friends and relatives consider the relationship toxic and are convinced nothing good can come of it. The source added that Ortiz-Magro’s only concern at the moment is his daughter and that he will do everything in his power to ensure she is well cared for.

There have reportedly been no legal changes to Ortiz-Magro and Harley's custody agreement in which they currently share joint custody of their daughter. Until this weekend, Ariana Skye had been in Harley’s care at her residence in Las Vegas.
