Kourtney Kardashian and her sister Kylie Jenner (among other celebs) love a Malibu-based skincare brand that is inspired by the sea, and it will make you feel like you are sitting on the beach even when you are stuck at home.
OSEA is the brand that was inspired by women who love the sea and many A-listers, including Kourtney K, Kylie Jenner, and Shonda Rhymes, are big fans. The company is literally bottling the sea in its new line of beauty products. The formulas don't just make you feel like you are near the ocean, all of the products contain nutrients from the sea.
Jenefer Palmer is the founder of OSEA. She revealed to E! News that she was inspired to create the brand thanks to her mother’s love of being near the ocean. Although you may not have heard of this hot new brand, it has been around for almost 20-years. In fact, the brand has gained so much popularity that Palmer now has her daughter helping her run the business.
So, what makes her brand stand out from the rest, aside from being inspired by the sea? Palmer only uses all natural ingredients in her products. OSEA was one of the first skincare brands to be all natural. Key elements in her skincare line include seaweed, plants, flowers, salts, botanicals, and essential oils. Along with creating all natural products, Palmer wanted a line that was vegan and cruelty-free.
There is a sense of solace in knowing that her products don't contain cheap fillers, dyes or harsh fragrances. OSEA products were created to nourish the skin in the healthiest way possible and using ingredients from the sea seemed logical to Palmer. After all, most people's skin feels and looks fantastic after spending a day in the ocean water or even quietly sitting near the seashore.
OSEA is the Malibu-based brand celebrities have loved for years, but it is now gaining attention for its sea-inspired natural products. Kourtney Kardashian has featured the skin care line on social media, and while that is amazing, owner Palmer said learning Halle Berry was a big fan of her products was the biggest compliment. Either way, we cannot wait to try this line. The ocean is calling!
