Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra jetted off to Mexico for a romantic vacation over the latest holiday weekend, after celebrating their engagement with family and friends in Mumbai, India.
The whirlwind romance of Jonas and Chopra continued in Mexico. According to E! News, the couple was spotted enjoying some sightseeing, as well as eating some grub seaside in Cabo San Lucas. They then made their way to the city of Guadalajara. A visit to the agave fields of Acre Baja for a tour of the property was another stop the duo enjoyed while on their vacation.
The pair didn't spend too much time in Mexico, as Jonas' Instagram account showed a photo of him in the mountains as the weekend drew to a close. Then last Tuesday, the couple joined Nick's brother Joe Jonas and his fiancé Sophie Turner for a double date at the US Open. Both famous couples were spotted sitting in the stands together before heading out to dinner.
Despite both the Quantico star and her soon to be husband keeping quiet about their engagement, as well as their upcoming wedding plans. The rumor mill is buzzing that they are in full wedding planning mode. Their families have met, and apparently, it went well based on Instagram posts from Priyanka's mom, Madhu Chopra, and Nick's mom, Denise Jonas. The engagement party consisted of a traditional Roka ceremony, and according to mama Chopra, her soon to be son-in-law did a terrific job during the prayer and chant ceremony.
Ever since news of their romantic relationship broke last May, the singer and actress have spent a lot of time jetting around the world. They occasionally make reference to each other on social media but in a very subtle way revealing zero details to their millions of followers about their relationship. Now their fans are waiting for the news that Chopra and Jonas have tied the knot, which we think could be sooner rather than later.
It will be interesting to see which Jonas brother makes it down the aisle first, Nick or Joe. After all, the later was engaged first, but neither Joe nor Sophie appear to be in any rush to get married. However, Nick and Priyanka's entire relationship seems to be moving along at lightning speed, so our bet is that they will tie the knot first, but only time will tell.
