Singer and actress Miley Cyrus shared some breathtakingly beautiful photos from her wedding celebration with Liam Hemsworth. The twenty-six-year-old shared a number of black and white photos on her Instagram confirming the marriage to longtime boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, but not until after some of the wedding guests had already uploaded some pretty obvious pictures on their own Instagram feeds. The photos show a simple but beautiful wedding celebration with only a few close people present, and it took place on December 23rd, just before Christmas.
Miley is seen in a gorgeous, white Vivienne Westwood dress but kept her hair and makeup fairly simple with her hair let down in natural waves. Liam was wearing a dark suit and tie paired with white sneakers, so it is safe to say that the couple kept things exactly how they liked it with very little pomp and circumstance. The young couple's wedding celebration was small, with only a few guests in attendance, and with a very casual dress code. Both Miley's parents, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus were present at the joyous day, and so were other close friends and family members to the couple.
As reported by Cosmopolitan, Miley and Liam met on the set of the Nicholas Sparks movie The Last Song, in which they played a young couple falling in love one summer. The romantic teen drama was shot in 2009, and Miley captioned one of the beautiful photos she uploaded from the wedding celebration '10 years later'.
Although Miley and Liam began dating shortly after the shooting of The Last Song and even got engaged in 2012, they broke up and broke off the engagement the following year, and remained separated for three months. According to the Wrecking Ball singer, she needed to change a lot, which she found hard doing while in a relationship, and after she explained they had to refall for each other.
Sometimes the person is right but the timing is wrong, and this lovely couple managed to find their way back to each other. After a traumatic time losing their Malibu home in the California wildfires, they certainly managed to end the year on a good note.
