Meghan Markle's New York City baby shower had lots of famous names on the guest list, and they left the elegant event with some pretty luxurious gift bags. The pregnant mother-to-be jetted over to NYC to celebrate her first baby shower with all of her friends from The States and Canada, and they made sure to give her a fabulous baby shower with all of her favorite things. It was tennis-pro Serena Williams who was the organizer of the event, and it is safe to assume Meghan was over the moon with how perfectly everything turned out.

Among the famous guests attending Meghan's shower was Gayle King and Amal Clooney, and while no one was sharing too many photos from the actual event, there have been some sharing as to what was going on at the baby shower and what was in those royal goodie bags. It has already been revealed that the only organized activity on the shower was a flower arrangement session and that all of these flower bouquets were then donated to charity. After enjoying some delicious Michelin star food, Meghan's guests eventually left the Mark Hotel penthouse suite with leather totes from the brand Cuyana, filled to the brim of amazing products as well as suitcases from Away, a celebrity favorite when it comes to luggage brands.

As reported by Vogue, one of these luxurious products was a scented candle from the famous British cosmetics brand Jo Malone in the scent Green Tomato Leaf, a gift that anyone would appreciate. Furthermore, there was an organic body butter from Susanne Kaufmann, Tatcha's popular rice enzyme exfoliator, and some oils from Rodin Olio Lusso.

There was definitely an organic theme to the beauty products, and the cherry on top was probably the products from Honest Beauty; Jessica Alba's cosmetics brand offering products without harmful chemicals that are safe to use. Perhaps these gifts are also giving some insight into what products Meghan uses and is planning on using for her baby.

Now, this was only the first out of two baby showers for Meghan, and the second one will be organized by Kate Middleton. It will take place in England, and most likely it will be just as beautiful as the first one, but these gift bags will be hard to top!
