Khloé Kardashian is opening up about how she is currently feeling about her ex Tristan Thompson, and how she has been able to move on from him. The reality star was invited to the podcast On Purpose with Jay Shetty, and the interview turned out to be extremely honest and vulnerable for Khloé. She explained how she has learned to let go of the anger she previously had towards her ex, and also how she has worked hard to let go of any grudge.
Khloé broke things off with Tristan after he was caught cheating on her for the second time, and this time with a friend of the KarJenner family. Tristan had been seen exchanging a kiss with Jordyn Woods, best friend of Kylie Jenner, and a good friend of Khloé as well. News of Tristan's first public infidelity had occurred nearly a year prior, and just days before Khloé gave birth to their daughter, True, 19 months old.
As reported by Hollywood Life, Khloé makes a big difference between her relationship with Tristan and her daughter True's relationship with Tristan. The NBA player never hurt True, and therefore Khloé does not want to do anything that can come between them and their relationship.
In the podcast, Khloé said that she does not think Tristan is a bad person and that everyone makes mistakes. The thirty-five-year-old went on saying that she does not believe in exiling people because they sin differently than you and that people today tend to be perhaps too quick to condemn someone else. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also explained that holding on to anger and the victim role is going to hurt her more than working on letting go and pushing through it will. She also stressed that being open about her feelings and her process could potentially help someone else who is in a similar situation since she knows this is something that has happened to lots of people before.
