Kenya Moore recently opened up about her split from husband Marc Daly and her current situation with frenemy Nene Leakes, and the reality star did not hold back. It was on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live that Kenya gave an update on her relationships, and it also gave the audience an indication of some of the drama that will play out on the upcoming season of Real Housewives Of Atlanta. The WWHL episode that aired last night also featured American writer and comedian Joel Kim Booster, mostly known from Comedy Central, who also gave his opinion on some of the infamous Real Housewives feuds.
When asked about the current status of her and ex-husband Marc Daly, Kenya explained that they have not filed for a divorce yet and that "there's always hope". The couple announced their separation on September 19 after two years of marriage, and have according to the RHOA star, remained cordial since their split. Kenya went on explaining that one of the reasons for their separation was problems that had appeared early on in their relationship but that they had been unable to work through. She also made it clear that the breakup had nothing to do with her decision to return to Real Housewives Of Atlanta after not being part of the last season.
As reported by Hollywood Life, Kenya also revealed that she and Marc did not sign a prenup, but that she is not worried about him going after her money since they are "both successful". She also made it clear that she is not dating, nor will she until she is officially divorced, and it appears as if that door is not completely closed yet.
Kenya was also asked about her current relationship with fellow 'housewife' Nene Leakes, and whether the two would ever reconcile, to which Kenya replied: "absolutely not". The Atlanta ladies have been feuding since the last season of RHOA, and since an altercation in Greece during the taping of the upcoming season, Nene is apparently "dead" to Kenya.
The first episode of season 12 of RHOA airs on November 8, and it seems like fans of the show are in for a ride. The fight in Greece is reportedly "the most explosive of the season", but knowing these ladies, there will be plenty of drama to go around.
