Leave it to Kate Middleton to look stellar and stunning even in a terribly affordable and totally casual blue dress. Only this Duchess and mother of two could so easily pull it off, just as she did this past week just after the Trooping the Colour celebration at Buckingham Palace.
In celebration of the Queen's official birthday, the 36-year-old fashionista was spotted at Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire (about two and half hours northwest of London). Her husband, Prince William, was playing in a match and competing for the Maserati Royal Charity Polo Trophy to raise awareness and money for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
The family traveled for the fun event, spending the sunny summer day hanging out on a grassy lawn looking adorable as per usual Kate, of course, looked ultra-fabulous (as per usual) while watching her hubby shine from the sidelines. What’s got us buzzing, however, is that the Duchess of Cambridge, who’s known for making anything chic even on her busiest of days while chasing her kids around, sported a light-blue and white striped dress from none other than Zara, where she often picks up her clothing pieces.
It turns out that it was just a few weeks ago that she was spotted with the kiddies at the Houghton Horse Trials in a $70 dress from the brand. She’s also been known to wear jeans from the high-street Spanish company. And luckily, her newest Zara look isn't sold out yet. Plus, it sells again for just a mere seventy bucks!
The light and breezy button-down sundress features a scooped neckline and ties in the front. It looked especially stylish, savvy, and sophisticated on Middleton though. She accessorized “with simple flats, a white bag, and sunglasses” that provided her with the perfect amount of freedom to run around the field herself, as reported by Elle.
Little Princess Charlotte looked basically like Mama Kate’s mini-me, rocking her own pair of pink sunglasses and a cute summery dress as well.
Looks like we’ll all be beelining to Zara ASAP to grab hold of this affordable fashion find.
Even if we can't all be royalty, we can definitely try to look like it!
