Kanye West Is Bringing A Bit Of Spirituality To This Year's Coachella

Church Kanye is coming to Coachella for Easter Sunday Service

Kanye West just surprised everyone by announcing that he will be coming to Coachella this year after all. However, the rapper will not be headlining the festival - he was in talks with Coachella representatives in January but due to disagreements over the stage design Kanye opted out of performing. Instead, the I Love It singer is going to bring a bit of spirituality to the festival by holding his Sunday Service on the morning of Easter Sunday, which is the second weekend of Coachella and the last day of the popular music festival.

Over the past months, Kanye has been holding a musical Sunday Service every Sunday with a full gospel choir close to his and Kim's house in Calabasas. The event has turned into something huge on social media, and even though guests are asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement, videos of the service are shared over social media for the public to see. Apart from the Kardashian Jenner klan, there have also been other celebrities in attendance at the exclusive evening service. Paris Jackson, Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry and Courtney Love. According to sources who have been lucky enough to attend 'Church Kanye', the service is preceded by brunch, and as anyone can see in the photos, there is a color-coordinated dress code each time.

Kanye's Coachella Easter Sunday Service is expected to be something quite extraordinary, and festival attendees and performers are likely to be equally excited to get a glimpse of the musical service.
