Showing he is truly smitten, Justin Bieber, currently in the UK with Hailey Baldwin for London Fashion Week, serenaded his fiancée outside Buckingham Palace yesterday.

Tourists, many of whom must have thought the Canadian pop star, who was dressed in a tie-dyed hoodie and black shorts, was just another street performer, enjoyed an impromptu performance of Cold Water, the singer’s collaboration with Major Lazer and MØ. There was no doubting whom the song was intended for though when Bieber sang, “And if you feel you're sinking/I will jump right over/Into cold, cold water for you.”

Bieber, who also placed his guitar case at his feet but received no tips, seemed to enjoy the carefree acoustic performance while passersby seemed unfazed by the teen idol’s appearance on the streets of the city. The singer is in London to accompany his love to the Adidas's show, where she is due to walk the runway.

The couple, who were spotted at the New York City Marriage License Bureau last week, have been dodging rumors that they are in fact already married. Baldwin rebuffed the claims in a since-deleted Twitter message that said, "I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet!"

A few days before the denial, Baldwin said she was making plans for a small wedding with family and friends. "My sister was 24 when she got married, and my parents also got married when they were young, too. I see no reason to wait," she said. "When you know it’s right, it’s right." The pair, who dated for a couple of months a few years ago, got engaged in the Bahamas a two months ago after reuniting earlier this year.

Despite Baldwin’s assertion that they still haven’t wed, her uncle Alec Baldwin added fuel to the fire on Monday when he was asked about the couple on the red carpet at the Emmy Awards. The actor, who is known to be a jokester said, "They just went off and got married."

Aside from Cold Water, Bieber also treated onlookers to a cover of Tracy Chapman’s Fast Car, which, among other things, is also about young love with lines like “And your arm felt nice wrapped 'round my shoulder/I had a feeling that I belonged/I had a feeling I could be someone.”
