Over the years we've seen many a festival trend come knocking. From the staple denim cut-offs that never go out of fashion to neon hair and body paint, there's always something new on the scene for revelers to try out. This time, it's jeweled hair and we are totally here for it. What better way to stand out from the crowds than with a glittering, beautiful 'do?

There's no denying that there are plenty of gorgeous hair trends to try out, but there's something extra-alluring about going OTT and getting your hair "did" with jewels in intricate patterns. Glitter is great and all, but after a few dances you're sweating it all out like last night's vodka. Artist and hairstylist Janine Ker created the incredible styles for a takeover on Instagram's @maneaddicts. Ker debuted three different styles; a low pony with sparking jewels, a high side-bun with a triangle mosaic design, and a super-sleek side parting with single stone black jeweled swirls.

It may not be something that you'd rock on a day-to-day basis, but the creative trend could stem beyond festival living into other special events, such as weddings or birthdays. Or, if you're just feeling a little extra on a Monday morning, you could wear it into the office and set the water cooler gossip ablaze. Wherever you decide to jewel it up, it's sure to cause a stir in the best way possible.

Janine's own Instagram account debuts some incredibly out-there styles, from patchwork multicolored hair to deconstructed cuts that will make you do a double-take. If you're after a simple balayage dye job and straight cut Janine probably isn't the stylist for you, but she's definitely making demi-waves with her work. Her profile now boasts 33.6k followers which is set to rise after her prominent feature on @maneaddicts who have 363k followers on their account.
