After a tumultuous breakup, Jenelle Evans has filed a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband David Eason.

The Teen Mom 2 star filed the order just days after she announced that she and her kids had moved out of her and Eason's home. This was Evans' second marriage. Eason is the father of Evans' youngest child, daughter Ensley, 2. She is also mom to son Jace, 7, with ex-boyfriend Andrew Lewis, and Kaiser, 3, with ex-boyfriend Nathaniel Griffith.

The documents were obtained by E! News and state that Evans moved to file the motion out of fear. The document reads, "Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being." This was all in Jenelle's words regarding Eason. This order also gives temporary custody to Evans and maintains that Eason must have no contact with Jenelle or the kinds, and cannot post about Evans on social media.

This breakup was not a surprise to any Teen Mom fans who have seen Eason and Evans' relationship unfold in a toxic way. The couple continuously makes headlines for erratic and illegal behavior. Recently, Eason shot and killed the family dog after it bit their daughter. This move sparked outrage from animal lovers and the internet alike.

Before that, Evans and Eason temporarily lost custody of all of Evans' three children. This came after Evans' ex Nathan Griffiths expressed concerned for his shared child (Kaiser) with Evans being in the home with Eason. He alleged that Eason hit Kaiser sparking a CPS investigation.

The restraining order also documents other abusive incidents. On February 17, 2019, Eason allegedly told Evans, "You can die for all I care. You’re a piece of s—. Biggest piece of s— I’ve ever seen.” Evans also noted an incident where Eason locked her son Kaiser in a running car and wouldn't let him out.

She also shared a text from Eason that read, “My goal in life is to make sure you regret leaving me like this" All of these examples of abuse granted her the restraining order. Evans' move to leave Eason has been much praised by fans and foes alike. For a woman who has had her life documented for 10 years, we have seen her highs and lows. This is a win for Evans and we hope she keeps moving forward.
