As first reported by US Weekly, the couple couldn’t stop laughing by Jason Momoa’s humor and enthusiasm while taking the photos.

Recently, the latest addition to the DC Comics Extended Universe has been smashing global box office records. Starring actresses Amber Heard, as the aquatic Princess Mera, and Nicole Kidman as Momoa’s mother, Queen Atlanna, the film was a huge hit over the holidays. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Aquaman is the first DC comic book film to amass over $1 billion in ticket sales since director Christopher Nolan's critically-acclaimed release, The Dark Knight Rises, back in 2012. Aquaman director James Wan is no stranger to creating massively popular films, as his work with Furious 7 also garnered over a billion in sales.

At the premiere of Aquaman in Los Angeles, actor Jason Momoa treated fans to a wildly explosive dance performance. While alongside members of the cast, including actor Temuera Morrison, the group broke out into a haka performance, also known as a traditional ceremonial war dance originally from New Zealand.

After the release of Aquaman, Jason Momoa and his family headed to Hawai’i for a little rest and relaxation. The Honolulu-born actor certainly enjoyed himself over the holidays, where he took to stand-up paddleboarding and relaxing in the ocean. At the premiere of Aquaman on Oahu, the actor had an emotional response while performing a haka dance with his children in tow. Recently, the actor has been active on social media, often professing his gratitude to the film team and fans for their widespread support of the Aquaman film.
