The Lo-Fi Lip Mousse has a velvety finish that feels like a weightless balm when applied, keeping lips soft and smooth. Unlike tinted lip balms, however, the mousse doesn’t feel glossy. Urban Decay suggests applying the lip mousse intensely at the center of the lips and then fading it towards the edges for a fading look.
