Too Faced just released their first collaborative collection with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne: the Pretty Mess collection.

Erika Jayne has been a full-time Real Housewives cast member since 2015, and while she has always been a fan favorite, she has many other career interests besides reality TV. She has released music, she’s acted, and she has also expanded into the world of cosmetics. In July 2017, she entered a partnership with BeautyBlender, and in winter 2017, she began working with Too Faced and starred in the campaign for their popular “Better Than Sex” mascara. It was only a matter of time before she began working on her own products.

The name of the Pretty Mess collection was based on the title of Erika’s memoir. And if you’ve ever seen Erika on Real Housewives, you know that the products in this collection will totally reflect her fun-loving personality. The collection includes the Pretty Me$$ Eyeshadow Palette, which retails for $42 and includes twelve shades, ranging from mauves and coppers to rusty bronze and golds. The pigments come in a variety of textures, like mattes and shimmers. There’s also the Lip Injection lip gloss in Painkiller Pink at $28. The Pat the Puss body shimmer costs $36, and the How Many F*CKS Do I Give highlighter runs for $30.

The collection also includes two lip kits. The Polite Lips kit comes with the Housewife Lip Liner and the Polite & Pretty pearlescent lip gloss. The DSL Lips kit comes with the Club Queen fuchsia lip liner and the Dramatic Pragmatic lip gloss. Each kit retails for $29.

Sure, Erika’s catchphrases are a little risque, but what else would you expect from her? Clearly, Too Faced supports her carrying out her creative vision and expressing her true self through her collection. Plus, Too Faced has never shied away from the art of using a scandalous phrase or two to market a product (their most famous mascara comes to mind). This is nothing new in the world of cosmetics—it’s obvious that Erika and Too Faced were the perfect matches in the beauty business.

Will be snagging any of Erika’s new products? Let us know in the comments!
