Crayola has partnered with ASOS to release a 58-piece vegan beauty line!
According to the press release, the new makeup collection will rely heavily on the company’s crayon making heritage. Most of the beauty line comes in colorful stick pencil- inspired forms. The "Crayola Beauty" collection will feature 24 shades of stick foundation. It will also include lip and cheek crayons, highlighters, mascaras, and makeup brushes. There are also three eye palettes, as well as one for the face, and one for the lips.
The packaging for this hot new line will look very familiar to most people. Some of the Crayola Beauty line products that are boxed in the brand's classic yellow chevron-striped carton. For those of you wondering, the packaging does not include a pencil sharpener. The other packaging is an homage to their coordinated boxes of markers.
Despite this being a line that will literally remind you of your childhood, there a couple of other things that make this new collection stand out from the rest. The entire line is vegan and cruelty free, which is amazing and means that no animals were harmed in the making of these cosmetics.

Along with other ASOS products, the collection is designed to be gender-fluid. This echos ASOS's statement last year of wanting their products to be used however the individual person buying them feels is appropriate. The company is all about celebrating diversity and inclusiveness.

If you are overly excited about The Crayola Beauty line (and seriously, who wouldn’t be), it is on sale right now at ASOS.com. All of the products are under $40, which makes them oh-so-affordable. Depending on how much you spend, there could be a shipping fee, but honestly there are so many great products to choose from it’s easy to get to the required free shipping amount.

There is nothing quite like getting a brand new big box of Crayola crayons. It is such a childhood staple (the 64-pack, hello!). Now the company is hoping to bring adults that same feeling with its beauty line, and we have to say from the looks of the products, it is a job well done. There is such a sense of nostalgia it makes us want to buy one of everything!
