Are Bella Hadid and The Weeknd getting back together?

That’s a question that’s been asked by everyone since reports of the two of them macking it up at Coachella hit headlines. Bella denied that she and The Weeknd spent any time together at the California music festival last month, but now there are reports that the two were seen kissing at an after-party at the Cannes Film Festival.

And there’s photographic evidence to prove it.

You’ll have to forgive the grainy-ness of the photos. As I’m sure you can tell, whoever took these candid shots had to zoom in on their cellphone to a crazy degree. But that’s definitely Bella, and that’s definite The Weeknd, and they are definitely locking lips, however briefly.

But that’s not all. The two were spotted together all night last Thursday at the Magnum X Alexander Wang VIP party, looking like the two were making up for lost time.

"Bella and The Weeknd only had eyes for each other in the VIP area of the party,” said one source speaking to The Daily Mail. “They were both partying with their closest friends and The Weeknd looked very much 'part of the family'".

The source went on to say that the two appeared way more than just exes catching up. "Bella kept coming over and whispering in his ear and kissing his neck. They certainly weren’t keeping it secret. They were standing out on the beach in front of hundreds of people," the source said. "Bella clearly asked him to leave with her as they both disappeared at the same time. They looked very cute and things definitely look like they’re back on".

The Weeknd and Bella originally split in 2016 after dating for almost two years. The Weeknd then began dating former Disney star Selena Gomez that same year. It seemed like the two were very close, even moving in together briefly in September 2017, but they called it quits the following month.

So are Hadid and The Weeknd back on? Let’s not jump to conclusions, but until we hear otherwise: we think yes.
