This summer, singer Rihanna wants to make sure your life's a beach. And to make that a possibility, she's hoping you take advantage of her latest array of "Beach,Please!" products as part of the Fenty Beauty rollout of cosmetics for the season. While summer doesn't arrive until roughly mid-June, she's anticipating that fans will at least be ready for those lazy, hazy, crazy days a few weeks earlier, when the line drops May 21st at Sephora outlets and on Fenty Beauty's website.
According to those in the know about everything cosmetic, Rihanna's come up with a winner with eyeshadow shades that scream exoticism, especially the hues of pearl, rose, and mocha. The color panorama goes right to the edge of what's daring with a highlighter available in a mint-green and a gloss with a multidimensional holographic look to highlight the lips. Add in Killawatt highlighters with foil-like resonance, a half-dozen lip luminizers and the aptly-named "Island Bling", consisting of two liquid-based eye shimmers, and you're set to take on the vibe of the sand, surf, and sun.
There's also a Killawatt highlighter in a marigold-fuchsia hybrid, as well as a metallic pink lip luminizer, both of which were first introduced in a Vogue make-up tutorial hosted by Rihanna earlier this year. Her look was stunning, and now we finally know which products were used (and how to get our hands on them).
In all, expect nine different product items in the "Beach, Please!" collection later this month, available in a relatively affordable price range. The "Island Bling" goes for $26, while the lip luminizer (two styles available, each in sets of three) retails for $32. Also choose from three different shades of Killawatt highlighter, each with a dual palette for $36, a face and body kabuki brush for $34, and to top it all off, a "Fairy Bomb" decanter of glitter in a pom-pom is yours for $42.
