Ariana Grande's Love Life Is Set To Be Non-Existent In 2019

Ariana Grande recently made it very clear that her love life is going to be completely non-existing in 2019, and perhaps for the rest of her life. It was in response to a fan who wrote to Ariana on Twitter asking who she is dating at the moment that the Thank U, Next singer responded saying she is not dating anyone and that she plans on keeping it that way for this year or even forever. While the latter may sound like a bit of an exaggeration, it is probably a wise idea for Ariana to focus on herself for the time being.

2018 was a tumultuous year for the twenty-five-year-old, and she had a fair share of both ups and downs. The God Is A Woman singer said herself that last year was one of her best years career-wise, but definitely one of the worst times for her when it comes to her personal life. The singer broke up with rapper Mac Miller in May, allegedly due to his substance abuse, and started dating comedian Pete Davidson shortly after. Ariana and Pete's relationship moved very quickly and until their breakup in October, and it was a whirlwind romance, to say the least.

As reported by Cosmopolitan, Ariana Grande sings about her new strategy in the smash hit Thank U, Next, which some would call a breakup song. In the popular song, Ariana sings about how she is now going to focus on herself, and that her relationship with herself is one that will definitely last. Sounds like a good approach to the new year!

During their less than six months long relationship, Ariana and Pete got matching tattoos, got engaged, got a pet pig, and moved in together. During this time, Ariana's ex-boyfriend Mac Miller tragically passed away from an accidental overdose, and it has been suggested that this tragic incident is what ended Ariana and Pete's relationship.

Ariana Grande seems to be the kind of person who falls hard when she falls in love, and perhaps it is a good strategy to focus on falling in love with herself this year. She deserves a drama-free year full of love, peace, and self-care.
