Ariana Grande throws shade at Millie Bobby Brown, but was the singer serious or was it all in good fun?

The 14-year-old Stranger Things star posted a picture of her kissing her 15-year-old boyfriend, Jacob Sartorius. Grande was quick to low-key troll the young actress by commenting how life is much different now then when she was a young kid like Brown.

“I wasn’t even allowed to leave my house til I was 20,” commented Grande on the sweet picture of the young couple sharing a nice little peck. Now before you start freaking out too much, the singer and the actress are actually really good pals.

Grande throwing a little shade at her pal is super funny because she said what we're sure most people were thinking. Twitter exploded with laughter at the comment with people agreeing with the 24-year-old’s assessment of the picture.

Soon after Grande made her remarks (as did many other commenters) the post mysteriously disappeared from both Brown and Sartorius’ social media accounts. In place of the picture was a new more playful photo of the couple, who have been dating for a little over six months.

It is unclear why the sudden switch up in posts occurred, but perhaps there was too much attention to the youngsters posting a picture of them smooching. There were a lot of negative reactions to the picture, so maybe her camp decided it was better to post something less controversial than two young people in love sharing a kiss. Brown is considered quite the role model these days so the image may not be what her "people" want her to portray.

As mentioned above Millie Bobby Brown and Ariana Grande are good friends, even though the later did troll the actress on social media. A conversation between the two pals before the 2018 Golden Globe Awards  had Grande gushing over Brown’s outfit choices. The singer was nothing but supportive of her friend’s choice. Fans know this because the actress took a screen shot of the conversation and shared it on her Instagram story.
