Ariana Grande has confirmed that her new perfume, CLOUD Eau de Parfum, will finally be launched on September 23 after much speculation on social media. The perfume is inspired by the sky and comes in a light sky-blue bottle that sits on a cloud. Pics shared on Instagram show the bottle comes in a box with a neon image of Grande. CLOUD, which will retail for $50, is currently available to preorder on Ulta, and will also be available at Shoppers Drug Mart in Canada and via arianagrande.com.

Grande is a noted fan of clouds, having featured cloud emojis on her Instagram and also getting matching cloud tattoos with fiancée Pete Davidson. The new fragrance is described as an "uplifting scent that imbues a thoughtful, artistic expression of positivity and happiness."

CLOUD is the singer’s fourth product in collaboration with LUXE Brands. Joel Ronkin, CEO of LUXE brands, says, “Each of Ariana’s fragrances continues to surpass expectations, simply defying the trajectory of celebrity fragrances. We are incredibly honored to partner once again with such an influential and aspirational artist and look forward to continued success with the launch of CLOUD.”

On their website, Ulta reports that the perfume contains hints of lavender blossom, pear, and bergamot, as well as coconut, praline, and vanilla orchid, with a cashmere-scented base. CLOUD will be Grande’s fourth fragrance after Moonlight, Sweet Like Candy and Ari. It's the singer’s fourth product in collaboration with Luxe Brands, which also produces scents for Nicki Minaj.

Grande’s fragrance franchise is currently valued at more than $150 million in global retail. The 24-year-old pop-star has been working with LUXE Brands since 2015.

Fans have theorized that CLOUD was inspired by Davidson since the couple has been tweeting random cloud emojis since they started dating. The couple has also been seen carrying cartoon-shaped cloud phone cases in public. Given their whirlwind romance, which began in May and resulted in an engagement a month later, it is no surprise that the couple is on cloud nine.

Things for the singer, however, have been hectic in the past month. At Aretha Franklin’s funeral, she sang (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman, Franklin’s 1967 anthem. After her performance, she joined Pastor Charles H. Ellis III, who was accused of groping Grande on stage. He later apologized for his behavior. A week later, Mac Miller, a rapper and Grande’s ex-boyfriend, died of a suspected drug overdose.

Hopefully, the launch of CLOUD will be a turning point for Grande so she can go back to concentrating on her career, her booking fragrance business and her engagement to Davidson.
