Ariana Grande blessed fans with another beautiful and confident social media selfie earlier this week, but this photo, in particular, has sparked a mystery. Amid all of the sneak peaks for her upcoming "Thank U, Next" music video, eagle-eyed Ari-lovers took a closer look at her mirror selfie and noticed a ring sitting pretty on her left ring finger.

The photo, which appeared on Instagram and Twitter on Sunday, showed Grande posing in a bathroom mirror, wearing jeans and a super-fluffy hot pink feather tube top. Grande also wore a gold band on her wedding finger. She captioned the photo with lyrics from her new single: ".... n I’m so good with that."

Don't ring the wedding bells just yet–Grande's new bling is far from an engagement band. She and her best friends, Alexa Luria and Njomza, recently bought matching rings to celebrate their friendship, according to Teen Vogue. The three gal pals showed off their new jewelry on social media a few weeks ago.

Her outfit, which looked like it came straight out of the early 2000's, was likely from the set of her "Thank U, Next" music video. The pop singer has been dropping tons of hints about the video (which she is very excited for) in the last few days. Grande shared that the video will include references to four iconic chick flicks: Legally Blonde, 13 Going On 30, Mean Girls, and Bring It On. That pink feathered tube top definitely belonged in Elle Woods's closet in Legally Blonde.

Given her whirlwind of a relationship with Pete Davidson, it wouldn't have been a stretch to assume that her ring was the first sign of a reconciliation from their recent split engagement. However, Grande's new empowering single "Thank U, Next," which is about gracefully thanking an ex and moving on, was pretty much an anthem for the next stage in her life.

Grande also recently said on Twitter that she's empty and her heart is black since breaking up with Davidson, which could suggest that the two aren't on good terms just yet. In any case, she doesn't need a man right now, and we're so good with that.
