Jennifer Lawrence is reportedly getting married to Cooke Maroney this weekend. The couple is expected to tie the knot at an upscale venue in Rhode Island, according to TMZ, with celebrity wedding planner Mark Seed organizing the festivities.
As for who has designed her bridal gown, nothing has been revealed, but the actress does have a close relationship with Dior creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri since she is the face of the brand's JOY fragrance campaign. There are also rumors that Adele may perform at the wedding.
The couple, who got engaged eight months ago, will say ‘I do’ in front of 150 guests with a feast that will include a variety of designer cocktails and a gourmet selection of food. According to sources, the hors d’oeuvre will include sweet potato flat cakes, Brussel sprouts with cured egg yolk, smoked pork belly with pickled apple and salt cod beignets.

The main course will feature either wood-roasted fish with herbs and lemon-infused butter or 5-week-aged leg of beef with forager's sauce, along with several vegetable options like heirloom roasted carrots, smoked new potatoes, whey braised cabbage. Also, dessert will consist of fire-baked sourdough bread pudding with chocolate, salted caramel and fresh apple, cauldron fritters with bourbon cream and cinnamon sugar and house-made marshmallow s'mores.
Maroney, who met Lawrence last year, works at New York's Gladstone Gallery, which represents artists such as Lena Dunham's dad, Carroll Dunham, Richard Prince, Anish Kapoor, and Bjork's ex, Matthew Barney. The actress, 29, was rumored to have already married Maroney, 34, in September when they were seen leaving City Hall in New York City surrounded by security guards, a friend and celebrity photographer Mark Seliger. After announcing their engagement, Lawrence described Maroney as "the greatest human being I've ever met."
"He really is, and he gets better ... I started with the basics; 'How do I feel? Is he nice? Is he kind?' It's just - this is the one, I know that sounds really stupid but he's just, he's - you know," she said. ''I wasn't at a place where I was like, 'I'm ready to get married.' I just met Cooke and I wanted to marry him. We wanted to marry each other, we wanted to commit fully.”

"He's my best friend, so I want to legally bind him to me forever. Fortunately, the paperwork exists for such a thing. It's the greatest. You find your favorite person on the planet, you're like: You can't leave," she added.
In June, Lawrence, who was the victim of a nude photo hacking scandal a few years ago, said she ‘definitely’ didn’t feel like she was in a place where she wanted to get married when she met Maroney. Before meeting the art expert, she dated X-Men: First Class co-star Nicholas Hoult for four years.
Then, in September 2016, she began dating director Darren Aronofsky, whom she met during the filming of mother!. The couple broke up in November 2017. As of May 2019, she lives in Lower Manhattan, New York City and Beverly Hills, California.
