Adam Rippon Had The Best Response To Sally Field's Attempt To Get Him To Date Her Son

The Winter Olympics are well underway, and Adam Rippon is taking the Games by storm!

The Olympic figure skater has many attributes that have social media going wild for him, from his eyebrows to his hilarious tweets. However, Adam might need to make some room on his resumé. In addition to Olympic figure skater and America’s sweetheart, he can add son-in-law!

If you haven’t heard, actress Sally Field has been working her magic to set her son, Sam Greisman, up with Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon. If you haven’t heard of Rippon, look no further. He is the first-ever openly gay man to compete in the Winter Games and has been stealing the hearts of millions of viewers worldwide.

It all started when Greisman was watching Rippon’s free skate and took to texting his mom on how to deal with his Olympic crush. Sally Field’s response was nothing short of amazing, “Sam… he’s insanely pretty. Find a way,” the actress replied. Sam took a screenshot of the conversation and posted it on Twitter. Field then took it upon herself to  re-tweet it while tagging Adam Rippon!

This sent the Twitter world into a frenzy and Sally on a mission to get her son and Adam together. Adam had yet to respond, until now! He stopped by BuzzFeed studios and was able to respond to Sally’s advances... of course on behalf of her son.

“Sam was mortified. I have to bud out now…but I would like to see Adam in the family,” the actress wrote to BuzzFeed. At first, Adam was speechless when reading Sally’s message, but lowkey loved her response. “She bold!” Adam said and immediately responded with a sweet message back to Sam. The figure skater said: “Sam, your mom- I admire her. And I’m sure one day we’re going to meet! So thanks, mom.”

Ah! It’s happening folks! We can already picture the two living happily-ever-after. We sure hope that the second Adam hits American soil after returning from the Games, that he’ll make it his first priority to meet Sam in person. Well played, Sally, well played!
