Justin had already been found guilty of insulting Schwartz. He had to pay $80,000 in restitution. This new lawsuit was brought by Schwartz in civil court as he said the previous case had caused him emotional stress.
According to TMZ, however, on the court date Justin was seen hanging out with Hailey instead. This prompted Schwartz’s legal team to request the singer not only receive time behind bars for failing to show up to the court date, but that Justin should also pay $1,000 for each day he prolonged the case.

“There was one thing I actually got in a lot of trouble for during the filming,” Hailey has said of her experience filming for the show, as WWD reports. “I would be standing there, and Method would be talking, and [the producers] would be like, ‘Hailey – smile!’” She added, “I’m good with lyrics — I memorize everything. I’ll be in any party where there’s rap playing spitting all the words.”
