This time last year, athleisurewear wasn't even a word. Our entires wardrobes are now leggings, hoodies, and sneakers. While that almost knocks pajamas off the top spot for #SnackGoals, this clothing wasn't designed for sofas and tubs of ice-cream. #WorkoutGoals are now almost up there with #RelationshipGoals (and it's quite possible that achieving the first will lead to the second).

Selena Gomez, Shay Mitchell, Gigi Hadid, Khloe Kardashian – celebrities are now papped hitting the gym more than they are dining out. Half of them are even volunteering the photos. Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman 2 training selfies show us a sweat-dripping, power-pumping muscle machine. Jennifer Lopez manages to get The Rock into hers. Demi Lovato is now considered more beautiful in workout shots than at glitzy events.

Then there's the endorsement power. This year has put celebs and working out on the biggest map ever, and there isn't a brand out there that isn't covered. Ariana Grande, Gigi Hadid, and Gal Gadot front Reebok. Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner are taking care of Adidas. Selena Gomez is now #PUMAPower.

We might be less interested in the guys, but they're there, too. Dwayne Johnson's Under Armour face isn't being ignored, and LeBron James' Nike contract is worth $90 million a year. We'd take the millions if they were offered, but right now we're about the #WorkoutGoals. Here are 20 workout queens who are so #FitnessGoals, they made us want to hit the gym yesterday...

20 Gigi Hadid: Boxes Like A Boss

The era of dainty models is over. The new breed of supermodel comes as a power-punching, kick-boxing machine, and these girls aren't wearing makeup to the gym.

"When you're boxing, you get into it mentally that you kind of forget what's going on," Gigi says of her workouts.

She also planked during her entire Reebok Q&A. With over 43 million Instagram followers, Gigi is no regular model. This girl is papped at the break of dawn for her grueling workouts, which include core-focused work, banded squats, and her balanced motto of: "Eat clean to stay fit, have a burger to stay sane."

19 Gal Gadot: Works That Wonder Woman Magic

Name one Hollywood actress with two years' combat training from the military. Gal Gadot has been beating guys to a pulp since her Fast & Furious days– "they liked my knowledge of weapons," she said about the producers. Military training is mandatory for women in Gal's native Israel, and those hand-to-hand combat scenes are 100% real.

Gal worked out for 6 hours a day to get into Wonder Woman shape. "I did two hours gym work, two hours fight choreography, two hours horseback riding," she told Elle. Paddle-boarding is Gal's "casual" workout and this girl needs fuel– "Burgers or ice-cream with chocolate" are her treats.

18 Victoria Beckham: "I Run Three Miles Every Morning"

Teeter around in heels she might, but Victoria Beckham is a warrior in the workout department. "I go for a three mile run every morning," she told Harper's Bazaar (before adding that there's an additional 1-hour PT session).

You're looking at a 6 a.m. start and squeezing in workouts while prepping breakfasts– "just enough time to puree Romeo's avocados."

"I expect a lot from my body," Victoria said. And treating it well is the designer's secret. Victoria admits that she is "in the fortunate position" to afford super-healthy eating. Broccoli, beans, fish, and sushi are her loves, plus a spoonful of bee pollen a day.

17 Jennifer Aniston: "I Feel Beautiful When I Finish A Workout"

Girl, you were beautiful before you started. Jennifer Aniston is the kinds of #WorkoutGoals that are making women half her age look like amateurs. Friends may be over, but Jen isn't.

"I feel really beautiful when I finish a great workout," Jen told People. "Because I've taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping. I'm taking care of the one body I have."

Going "in and out of certain exercises" is how Jen keeps it all balanced. Sun salutation yoga poses, outdoor runs, and warrior poses keep this 49-year-old in tip-top shape (although her home does have "jars of Twizzlers").

16 Kourtney Kardashian: Anything But Basic

Kourtney Kardashian just got called "the least exciting to look at" by her own sister. Kim Kardashian threw out the insult on KUWTK, but Kim messed with the wrong sister.

Kourtney might get most of her cardio in by running after those 3 kids, but this Kardashian is a workout queen.

At 5 feet tall, Kourt only weighs 98 lbs, but it's all muscle. Hiking and indoor workouts are part of Kourtney's daily fitness regime. Kourt's trainer told E! News that Kourt trains 5 times a week, and Kourtney recently updated her Instagram with a group tennis shot. Take that, Kim.

15 Selena Gomez: Hand-Picked By PUMA

The reason that people don't picture Selena Gomez as a workout queen? She doesn't spend her day in front of the mirror taking selfies of her abs. This girl keeps her head down, her mind focused, and 100% trains that body.

"This girl works out so hard," Selena's trainer told Vogue. And a full kidney transplant in 2017 hasn't stopped Selena (and PUMA sure picked the right girl).

When Vogue asked Selena 73 questions, we learned that Pilates is her favorite workout. While there's yoga and stretching in there, there's equally a ton of hiking, dancing, cardio, and spinning. #Goals.

14 Kendall Jenner: Hand-Picked By Adidas

You'll notice something interesting if you watch Kendall Jenner's Estee Lauder commercial. "Ready to workout?" she asks.

Kendall might have the lithe model physique, but she's lifting giant boulders with it–on camera.

Kendall doesn't have "skinny abs." You can punch this girl in the stomach, and she'd still send you flying. She trains with Gunnar Peterson (who puts Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez through their paces). "I challenge you to do her workout. I'll put you through it, you come over," Gunnar told Elle. Diet-wise, it's backstage carrot sticks, hummus, tons of pasta, and the odd Twix for Kendall.

13 Gisele Bundchen: Babies Are Welcome

Amazonian supermodels are blessed from above. Good genes alone won't keep you looking great, though. At the age of 38, Gisele Bundchen is the global supermodel and Victoria's Secret Angel who is now more famous for her zen lifestyle than her Vogue covers.

A plant-based diet and sunset yoga are how this mom finds her inner peace, but don't think that she spends all day sitting down. While "maybe I should move to the rainforest" were Gisele's words to Vogue, most of the interview was about her Pranayama breathing work and Transcendental meditation. Gisele is also a fierce runner and kick-boxer.

12 Kim Kardashian: Babies Don't Have A Choice

For anyone who thinks that Kim Kardashian lounges around in bed until her noon manicure, think again. Kim works out like a boss to stay in tip-top shape, and there isn't a part of her body that doesn't get pushed.

"I work out about an hour and a half every single day. When you stick with something and you're consistent, you will [see results]," Kim says.

In 2018, Kim's trainer told Women's Health: "Her schedule is crazy, and mine is also crazy, so we work out really early in the morning at 6 a.m." Kim has lost 20 lbs since having baby Chicago, but it wasn't baby weight she was losing. "I'm really proud of that," she said.

11 Ariana Grande: Does Way More Than You Think

There's more to Ariana Grande than breaking records (and her own relationships). Ariana is way more likely to be interviewed about how that Pete Davidson engagement ended, but remember that this girl is fronting Reebok.

"Nothing burns more calories than dancing in five-inch heels!" And according to Ariana, jogging up to the Hollywood sign is one of her more hands-on workouts.

"I try and live a healthy lifestyle; eating right, exercise and sleep are all so important," Ariana told Shape. Ariana's trainer has also worked with Katy Perry, Rihanna, and Megan Fox. Ariana does lunges, squats, and plenty of dancing. The sportswear probably comes free, though.

10 Shay Mitchell: Sweat Sessions That Are Unreal

A quick scroll through Shay Mitchell's IG will show you tons of jet-set travels, scenic ocean views, and glamorous restaurant snaps.

What you'll also see from the Pretty Little Liars actress is a girl who knows her ropes.

"I love to get to my trainer three times a week," Shay told This Is Insider. "Boxing, boxing, boxing. That's my favorite. It's just a workout where you have to be in the moment." With as many boxing videos as designer bags on her social media, this is a girl who puts her money where her mouth is.

9 Kaley Cuoco: "Fell In Love" With Hot Yoga

The sheer number of paparazzi shots showing Kaley Cuoco with a yoga mat? You could be forgiven for thinking that The Big Bang Theory was Kaley's part-time job. "I realized I don't like running," Kaley told Women's Health. "I refuse to do it. When I found hot yoga, I fell in love with it and was like, this is my thing."

Kaley starts the day with "the same little bit of peanut butter on toast." Lunch is usually a sandwich, while her dinners are protein-packed with vegetables. And Kaley admits to not wanting to get out of bed to workout. But "I feel like a million bucks," she said about how she feels after.

8 JLO: #WorkHardPlayHard

2.5 million of us liked this pic of Jennifer Lopez with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. Being an A-Lister will definitely get you some perks–for JLO, that means an opportunity to train with the best. "gettin' after it hard core with my family and fellow gym beast @jlo" was Dwayne's caption to this.

"I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy," Jen told Hello.

JLO might be pushing 50, but her fierce physique is still one of the most-envied in Hollywood. "Dance has always been a huge part of my life." Taking the time to move her body is Jen's "key to happiness."

7 Taylor Swift: The Squad Tags Along

When you're a squad queen, that applies to everything–including workouts. Taylor Swift was papped here with Gigi Hadid during an active outdoor workout that goes some way to explaining Tay-Tay's fierce body. Taylor isn't hugely vocal about her workout routine, but we've seen enough gym shots to know that this star pushes herself.

"There's no bad blood when you've got the right tracks to get you through an intense sweat session," Taylor's trainer told Elite Daily. Taylor combines strength training and conditioning exercises with squats, jumps, and burpees. Then there are the hours Taylor spends on stage. It all adds up.

6 Khloe Kardashian: Extreme Dedication

Khloe Kardashian was always insecure about her shape. "The fat, funny one" is how Khloe described herself back in the day on KUWTK, but this Kardashian has upped her game. Fitness is something Khloe finally fell in love with, and she's out-doing all of her sisters, combined.

"I was so shocked when I lost 33 pounds of baby weight in the first three months," Khloe noted.

"I really thought it would be more of a challenge since I've struggled with my weight my entire life," she continued. Taking to her app, Khloe admitted that paparazzi shots left her feeling insecure after having True. Khlo works out like a pro, though.

5 Demi Lovato: Fabletics Partner (And With Good Reason)

Wellness wasn't something that Demi Lovato used to take seriously. But "I was tired of feeling lethargic and not taking care of my body," she told Popsugar. "I decided to change that so I got a trainer and started working out."

Now the face of Fabletics with her #Demi4Fabletics collection, Demi is in the gym 6 days a week (and everyone can see the results). "I take Sundays off," Demi said. "My favorite workout is jiu-jitsu."

Demi has taken some time out from the public eye, but with her Instagram return message, we'll assume that she's back in the gym. "Fitness, nutrition, and mental health" are Demi's wellbeing "pyramid."

4 Bella Hadid: Nike Partner (And Totally Deserves It)

Bella Hadid is catching up with her sister, Gigi. The model pretty much owned 2018 with a Dior contract, another with Bulgari jewelry, and over 20 million Instagram followers. In 2017, Bella partnered up with Nike, and we can see why.

"I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights," Bella says of her trademark workout.

Bella counts on smoothies, juices, or protein drinks 30 minutes before her workouts. Speaking to Harper's Bazaar, Bella said: "Right now, my diet is pizza. I promise you, it's like every day. Or burgers, French fries, grilled cheeses." Her "go-to" is an egg sandwich on a plain bagel.

3 Cameron Diaz: Thinks Fitness Is "A Science"

And with pics like these, Cameron Diaz is probably top of the class. Cameron is currently pregnant, so it's unlikely that she is pumping the iron quite like before, but pics like these don't get past the press. Live Well With Cameron Diaz is the tell-all book that sees the Charlie's Angels actress share her philosophies.

"When I was younger, I didn't quite understand the equation," Cameron says. "I started listening to people who knew about the science of the body." Alongside a diet of carbs, good fats, and lots of water, Cameron trains with weights. Cameron is also renowned for her refusals to use stunt doubles.

2 Vanessa Hudgens: Thinks Workouts Are "Therapy"

Life isn't one giant High School Musical for this girl. Vanessa Hudgens is a hard-working actress whose ethic extends to... pretty much everything. "I don't consider it fitness," Vanessa told Women's Health. "It's more like therapy for me."

Vanessa dropped 20lbs for Gimme Shelter, where SoulCycle was a twice-a-day deal.

"Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I'm happy." With a filming schedule that can start as early as 5:15 a.m., discipline is something that Vanessa is used to. "I eat a whole avocado a day," she added. "I need high fats. We've been trained to think that fats are bad, but they're so good– a source of energy."

1 Hailey Baldwin: Guess We'll Start Stretching

Hailey Baldwin is used to showing her face. When the model and fiancée to Justin Bieber posted this pic in 2016, women around the world realized that stretching absolutely isn't a "wind-down" deal. Hailey is frequently papped heading to the gym, although a hotel room seems to double up fine for her. Speaking to Elle, Hailey said, "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body. Breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal." But Hailey did admit to a fondness for JG Melon's burgers in NYC.
