He may be the most googled person on the planet, but notoriety is not the same as popularity. From pre-pubescent Canadian YouTube sensation to the most followed person on Twitter in 2013, you don’t make it to the top without making a few enemies along the way. Justin Bieber has made it to his 22nd year and his fourth perfume release with just a few scrapes and scratches to show for it. And while many of his "Beliebers" have stayed loyal to him throughout a DUI, vandalism and assault charges, not everyone shares the same forgiveness for the antics of the pop-rat. In 2014, 270,000 US citizens petitioned to have Bieber deported from the country. While the Obama administration declined this request, there’s definitely a few celebrities who would have happily seen the back of him. Here’s 16 fellow show-biz peeps who’ve got nothing nice to say about Bieber.

16 Taylor Swift

It’s no secret that there’s no love lost between Biebs and fellow music artist Taylor Swift. While Taylor, five years older, has grown up and changed her look to suit an older audience, she expressed her disdain for the younger pop icon at the Billboard music awards. When asked about him she said “"Oh, you do not want to know! You do not want to open that can of worms. Especially tonight.” There also may have been just a touch of the childish when Tay-Tay pretended to dry-retch at the sight of Bieber and Selena Gomez kissing. While nothing new has been said on the subject, it’s hard to know whether it’s water under the bridge yet. Will Justin follow in the footsteps of Taylor and grow up enough to stick with his current audience? Or will he remain eye candy for the upcoming generation, if they will even have him?

15 Jon Bon Jovi

The ageing rock legend expressed his disgust when Bieber showed up two hours late to a massive gig at London’s O2 in March ’14. In an interview for The London Evening Standard he said: “Every generation has guys that do that, none of that is new. They run the risk of disrespecting their audience members who have worked hard to pay for their ticket, to give you the permission to take two or three hours of their lives — or in that kid’s case, 80 minutes of their lives. Do it once, you can be forgiven. Do it enough times and shame on you. They won’t have you back. Then it just becomes a cliché. It’s really not cool — you’re an *sshole. Go to f***in’ work!” A classy and respectful statement which comes as no surprise from a professional singer/songwriter, a title that is hard to give to Bieber. Justin has a lot of growing up to do and respect to gain.

14 Miley Cyrus

While Miley is the daughter of celebrity parents who began her child-star career in the Nickelodeon studio. Bieber on the other hand grew up in low-income housing and was discovered ‘by accident’ when his YouTube songs were found by Usher’s executive producer. But apparently Miley reckons Biebs has had it too easy. She has said of Bieber that, "It should be harder to be an artist. You shouldn't just be able to put a song on YouTube and go out on tour." Many would agree, especially given the attitude Justin Bieber has about his fame. Maybe if he was more modest and thankful for his speedy rise to stardom people would be more forgiving. However, his attitude seems to be more about entitlement than something he gained from hard work. It seems it’s a changing world out there, Miles.

13 Patrick Carney

Patrick Carney of The Black Keys must be scratching his head at that old chestnut; that musical talent does not equal musical success, and vice versa. While the Keys have had widespread popularity, the explosive, internet-viral, merchandise-selling kind of fame that belongs to Bieber must seem over the top to these rockers. After Bieber received his first Grammy nomination, Carney commented: “He’s rich, right?...Grammys are for music, not for money…and he’s making a lot of money. He should be happy, I guess.” The question then becomes, what is talent? There are 1 million screaming 13 year old girls out there that seem to think Justin Bieber has it, but does he really? If money talked, it would be screaming as loud as those girls.

12 Joel McHale

Bieber’s immature pranks and boundary pushing haven’t appealed to some stars, like Joel McHale, who couldn’t understand what one of the richest people in the world was doing vandalizing property. When asked the question “‘Why is one of the most affluent stars in the world throwing eggs at his neighbor's house?’ Joel McHale responded ‘Because he's a f*cking idiot. I feel like he’s got all those guys around him; he’s just running out of things to do. He’s so rich and so successful that they’re like, ‘Well, what do you want to do?’ and he’s like, ‘Let’s shave a dog, what do you want to do?’” While on one hand it’s foolish to be sure, but haven’t we all done something we regretted at eighteen? Some celebrities use their money and free time to give back to communities... maybe a path Justin Bieber should explore before he picks up another can of paint.

11 Michelle Obama

Even the First Lady of the United States has weighed in on the outlandish pranks of the nation's most popular star. While celebs are tired of the bad manners and poor behavior, when Michelle Obama was asked what advice she would give to Bieber as a mother, she aptly stated: “I don’t know if it would be advice as much as action. I would be very present in his life right now. And I would be probably with him a good chunk of the time, just there to talk, to figure out what’s going on in his head, to figure out who’s in his life and who’s not, you know.” Wise words from the First Lady. It sure does seem like Justin Bieber could use some parenting still at this time of his life. Age is just a number, but at the rate Justin is going with his childish actions it seems his is not increasing.

10 Seth Rogen

Who could forget Seth Rogen’s punchy comments after he met Bieber. The teen was a fan of Rogen’s films, but their interaction didn’t go down too well when Rogen decided that Bieber gave him a too-cool attitude. Rogen said that Bieber’s rep requested a meeting: "It was weird, I was like, 'Sure, I'll meet him.' So I went outside to meet him and he was acting like I asked to meet him. It was very nonchalant, 'Yo man. Wassup,' and I was like, 'What the f*ck, I don't give a f*ck about, I don't want to meet you. Don't act all nonplussed to meet me. I didn't want to meet you. I was totally cool not meeting you… But I was like, fine, I wouldn't have said anything, I was like, 'He's a bit of a motherf*cker. Whatever. He's young, the kid's a d*ck.’" Rogen added insult to injury (or insult to insult) on What Happens Live! saying "In my opinion, Justin Bieber is a piece of sh*t. He seems like he's obnoxious and ungrateful and insincere and he puts people's lives in danger. I've met him a few times. He's a good example of someone who you meet who you think you are going to hate and then you get to hate him as much as you [thought].” One Hollywood celeb who’s definitely not a fan.

9 Jared Padalecki

What’s Jared Padalecki been doing since he played Dean on Gilmore Girls? Hurling insults at more successful celebrities, it seems. Padalecki is just another man in Hollywood unimpressed with the rebellious teen episodes of Bieber . He tweeted: "Hey @justinbieber, how much are you paying your friend for pretending that it was HIS cocaine, and taking the fall for you?" Whether it was Justin's or not, celebrities getting off the hook like that is a problem and people are starting to complain. Justin Bieber's party lifestyle doesn't seem to be catching up with him yet but many celebrities, and even fans, are hoping it will. Jared's tweet is really what everyone was thinking and it will be interesting to see what happens next time, because no doubt there will be a next time.

8 Olivia Wilde

House actress Olivia Wilde is definitely not a Belieber , tweeting: "Bieber, put your f–king shirt on. (unless you lost all your shirts in a fire in which case my condolences and please purchase a new shirt).” Wilde tweeted in response to a picture of Bieber running topless around London. Does he ever have his shirt on anymore? Concerts, advertising spokesperson gigs, and running through the streets... the kid is clearly showing something off and it's too bad it isn't respect for the general public. Sure, Justin has nice tattoos and a pretty well-kept body, but does everyone want to see it? Is everyone waiting idly by to watch a relatively little, young, white boy flaunt his body around? Maybe put out a new song instead.

7 Eminem

Why tweet it when you can rap it instead? Eminem has made a career out of controversial lyrics and calling out anyone and everyone he deems in need of a reality check. Little Biebs was not immune when Eminem’s track ‘A Kiss’ was released. The lyrics read: "Him (God) don’t give a damn about Bieber, do Him? / What a demon, a behemoth, evil just seems to be seeping through him”. There’s nothing left to the imagination there! Bieber likely took it as a compliment to have a song written about him, because that is what a child with his shirt off does, but Eminem's words captured the thoughts of many and made people think.

6 Ronda Rousey

If there’s one person in the world you don’t want to get on the wrong side of, it’s gotta be MMA fighter and UUFC Women’s Bantamweight champion, 28 year-old Ronda Rousey. Yet when Biebs brushed off Rousey’s younger sister at the Cannes Film Festival, he put himself on the wrong side of the toughest woman fighter in the world. When Rousey’s sister Julia requested to have her picture taken with Bieber, the response was nothing but obnoxious. Rousey states: "I walked over there and said, 'Excuse me,' and he turned to me and goes, 'I've already taken a billion pictures today, okay?’ … I only got a, 'Yeah, but...' out, and he goes, 'A billion,' and walks off and totally snubbed my little sister.” The interaction definitely left the Rousey’s tired of Bieber’s diva behavior. She added: ”I’m not a Belieber. I was, but I'm not anymore.” Stupidity? Or does this pop-rat just go looking for trouble?

5 Orlando Bloom

Years later, nobody seems clear on what the straw that broke the camel’s back was, but Bieber sure upset Orlando Bloom enough that the older actor threw a punch at him in a crowded restaurant in Ibiza in 2012. Apparently smart-alec Biebs dropped a casual fire-cracker by insulting Bloom’s ex-wife Miranda Kerr, and all hell broke loose. Numerous celebs including Alyssa Milano and James Franco tweeted their support for #teambloom in the days that followed. It became clear that Bieber's mouth maybe shouldn't be as big as his ego, because some of the even bigger players don't seem to appreciate either.

4 Kate Moss

Following the Bloom incident, British goddess Kate Moss showed she was none too keen to interact with the starlet. When Bieber requested an introduction, probably expecting nothing amiss, the pint-sized model took him down a peg or two. The Mirror stated that: "Kate had a huge go at him and told him he needed to behave. She was giving Bieber some choice words like a teacher after the singer asked to be introduced … He'd gone up to say hi to her like his usual cocky self, expecting her to gush over him. It was quite a slap in the face.” Were Bieber’s cheeks a little red after that incident? One can hope. It is something that the world has been waiting for and beauty Kate Moss finally delivered.  Given the way he has been behaving lately it is likely 'no' is not a word he has heard much.

3 Jon Hamm

Turns out Don Draper sure ain’t keen on the baby-boy muscle-flexing of the teen star. The chiselled Mad Men actor pulled the reverse tactic to Michelle Obama when he showed no sympathy, saying: “He (Bieber) should have a mom or a dad or a really good friend who can say, 'Hey, sh*thead!'" No kid is too old or too broken to have a talking to from his mom, this may be the best time for a little visit and some family advice. Michelle Obama could even step in. Jon Hamm looks like the kind of dad who would call Justin a sh*thead in the classiest way and it would probably sting.

2 Marg Helgenberger

CSI actress Marg Helgenberger kept it real when she spoke on French radio about the time Bieber guest starred on CSI and rubbed a few people the wrong way. Helgenberger told it how it was when she said: “Justin Bieber wasn’t bad … He had never acted before. I shouldn't be saying this, but he’s kind of a brat. He was actually very nice to me, but he locked one of the producers in a closet. And he put his fist through a cake that was on the table.” Sounds like something Justin would do. A kid that was clearly out of his league and was struggling desperately to stand out and be remembered. Just your classic diva moves, really... if you were 12 again you could maybe get away with that crap.

1 Bill Hader

Actor and comedian Bill Hader gave the world an insight into Bieber’s man-splaying in tight spaces and the inconsiderate behavior that’s getting a little tired. Hader said: “Justin Bieber showed up with like 20 guys and every time, you know, when you’re backstage it’s very small constrictive place. And he had a guy holding a slice of pizza, he had a guy holding a Diet Coke. You’re going on stage, and you’re trying to fight through all these people to get dressed. Timberlake it was just him, he’s a real class act that guy. He was great, and also the guy doesn’t show up with anybody.” Maybe Biebs needs to take a leaf from some of his elders and hold his own junk.
