Victoria's Secret models are some of the most looked-to people in the world for their gorgeous faces, bombshell personalities and fit, toned supermodel bodies.

Men drool over them and millions of women around the world dream of one day attaining looks like theirs, often spending hours pinning photographs of their bodies onto their “Fitspo” boards.

Whether it’s good genes, hard work or simply a mixture of both, these women are known as angelic supermodels for a reason. Luckily, these models aren’t shy when it comes to sharing how they stay in shape. Here, a look at 15 of these easy-to-attain ways.

15 They drink green juice

She was only a Victoria's Secret model for a few years, but Rosie-Huntington Whiteley left her mark. One of those ways was through her toned body and health inspiration, including her go-to green juice recipe featured on Vogue. “Kale, celery, apple, cucumber and a squeeze of lemon. I make my own juice every day at home. It really makes a difference. I can feel my body – everything’s going the way it should and I then I don’t feel guilty if I don’t get to eat my five a day of vegetables.”

14 They box

She may be ultra-graceful while on the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway, but supermodel Adriana Lima is a beast within the boxing ring. She fell in love with the sport over a decade ago after being sick of many other exercises.

“It’s very empowering because you learn how powerful and strong you can be,” Lima says. “It’s the best exercise that exists because you can get really ripped, but not too big.”

Other models such as Karlie Kloss, Candice Swanepoel and Doutzen Kroes have also done their part in throwing jabs and jumping rope. The health benefits speak for itself as boxing builds full-body strength, creates confidence and helps prevent against many common injuries.

13 They practice yoga

Besides the high-interval training that many of the angels do, yoga is a favourite among many of these supermodels. They flaunt the benefits through their incredibly toned bodies and calm, graceful personas.

Former Victoria's Secret model, Miranda Kerr, is a veteran at this. She’s been practicing yoga for over a decade now and considers it an important part of her life. “It doesn't matter where I am or what I am doing, yoga gives me the opportunity to switch off and focus entirely on my body and my breath. Yoga allows me to meditate and reflect on what's important in my life. It is also great for core strength and maintaining agility.”

12 They practice Pilates

Nothing creates a toned body quite like Pilates. Miley Cyrus used it when she first slimmed down in 2012. The Victoria's Secret models who hadn’t already been dabbling in the practice, soon followed suit.

Of those is Lily Aldridge who swears by Pilates to sculpt her body. “It really changes the way my body feels,” she says. “And after I finish, it's like I've had a massage.” This isn’t surprising as the health and fitness benefits to Pilates include improved flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, better balance as well as the mind-body connection that makes a person feel more connected to themselves.

11 They seek professional help

Looking the way the Victoria's Secret models do doesn’t come without its sacrifices. While the girls do indulge here and there, healthy eating comes first.

Many of them achieve this through celebrity nutritionist, Dr. Charles Passler. He helps the models trim down quickly through his program that involves a six-component plan to weight loss. This includes stress management, sleep, breathing, exercise and diet. Those who have tried it went on to lose up to seven pounds in just a week.

10 They still indulge

Leading the glamorous lives they are comes with opportunities to enjoy the finer things in life. Victoria's Secret veteran, Miranda Kerr, strikes a balance with this through her 80/20 lifestyle plan. According to Popsugar, this means she spends 80 percent of her time eating clean, while making room for 20 percent of indulgence. This makes it easier for her to stick to her healthy eating and avoid binging as she builds a better relationship with food.

Some of the favourite splurge-worthy foods among the VS angels include fries, burgers, cheese, pasta steak and pizza, among others.

9 They meditate

Aside from keeping their bodies physically healthy, a lot of the models swear by keeping their skin looking young and stress-free through meditation. Adriana Lima is one of them. “I like to meditate before the runway. If possible I will find a quiet place, sit and close my eyes, and try to relax.”

Miranda Kerr also meditates often and uses affirmations to stay healthy and happy. “I like to pray and I like to meditate. Doing just three minutes of prayer and a minimum of five minutes meditation twice a day sets the tone—like an arrow so that you’re hitting your target.”

8 They commit

One of the biggest reasons people can’t get into shape is because of their inability to commit to a health and fitness program. Victoria's Secret models who have to show off their bodies to millions of viewers during their annual fashion show, have no problem with this.

This may mean committing a bit too much sometimes, as Adriana Lima’s runway-ready diet plan stirred up controversy. It was reported that she spends the nine days before the show cutting out solid foods and consuming only liquids while adding two more workouts per day. Then, 12 hours before the show, she wouldn’t eat anything – not even water.

Other angels have managed to commit in a healthier way through setting goals and giving themselves times to stick to it. This has created for many incredible post-baby transformations.

7 They snack healthily

Snacking is a major source of weight gain for many people who instantly reach for a bag of chips or a can of soda. Not for the Victoria's Secret angels. They snack smart, according to the go-to healthy eats of model Shanina Shaik. According to the Coveteur, she eats a grapefruit or a handful of almonds.

Elsa Hosk also snacks smart. She loves veggies with hummus and homemade tzatziki. Protein is another favourite and one that keeps the models fuller for longer. This includes eggs, protein shakes and chicken.

6 They switch up their fitness routine

There are millions of articles out there on ways to attain a Victoria's Secret model body. There is no one-way approach to this as many of the models switch up their fitness routines daily. Candice Swanepoel, the South African beauty, for example, changes her routine each year.

She told Vogue: “Each year I grow more into my body, my career, my health, my mind, and my inner spirit. As a young woman, you take for granted that staying lean and in shape is easy, but then you become a woman with responsibilities! I get a huge amount of enjoyment from participating in dancing, Zumba, Pilates, ballet, swimming in the ocean, and the occasional aerobics class.”

5 Making time for play

Being a Victoria's Secret model is a job many dream of having. While it is their job to stay in shape and look their best, they still make time for play to help keep their spirits up. This may mean partaking in a ballet or Zumba class, or being like Karlie Kloss and hitting the stage with bestie, Taylor Swift.

Many of them take their “play” to exotic destinations such as Hawaii, Barbados and Spain, among others, all the while making sure to eat healthy and make time for their workouts while on vacation.

4 They drink smoothies

Aside from green juice, the Victoria's Secret models go crazy for their healthy smoothies. They boost energy, keep cravings at bay, are anti-inflammatory and help keep their bodies toned while flaunting tiny bikinis and body-hugging dresses.

Candice Swanepoel shared her go-to recipe with Vogue. It calls for 1 frozen banana, 1 tsp. protein powder, 1 cup blueberries, 1 T almond butter, 1.5 cups coconut water and 1 tsp. spirulina. Simply blend and enjoy.

3 They use music to motivate and amp up their workouts

Sometimes all it takes to get through a difficult workout is the energy-blasting music of a favourite song. Michael Olajide, Jr, the trainer of Doutzen Kroes and Adriana Lima shared some of the model’s favourite workout jams. “Adriana loves new electronica for her workouts. For Doutzen, her husband is a DJ, so he works with incredible electronic and house music, which is extremely motivating. It has a great pace, so you can really move to it. Some of the girls also like hip hop, such as Jay Z or Rick Ross.”

2 They have body-inspirational wardrobes

Women trying to lose weight are notorious for their “weight-loss inspiration wardrobes.” This includes clothes a few sizes too small that they can eventually fit into once they reach their fitness and health goals.

While the angels are living, breathing inspirations right now, they still have a luxurious closet filled with items that keep their motivation high. Each models has their own signature street style, like Alessandra Ambrosio who is a master at BoHo-chic come Coachella season. On the red carpet, they also dress up well in form-fitting dresses that show off every inch of their toned bodies.

1 They maintain their healthy lifestyle while travelling

It’s easy to get wrapped up in jet-lag and forget about a healthy routine while constantly travelling, but Victoria's Secret models are notorious for staying on track despite of how much time they spend at the airport or jet-setting to their next destination.

Eniko Mihalki revealed her routine to the Coveteur. “My personal trainer usually sends me my workouts. We plan ahead, so she gives me exercises that are easy to do in a hotel room or smaller, not so well-equipped gyms. But when I'm jet-lagged and tired I give myself credit for just even trying, even if I cannot succeed with the whole program. I am very specific... and probably every waiter's nightmare, when it comes to breakfast in a hotel or dinner in a new restaurant, I like my food to be clean and simple. I make sure that what I order isn't dripping in oil and too much dressing, even if I get a few not-so-friendly looks."
