But even the most perfect people have been caught in unflattering poses, making them look, how can we put it... less attractive?
It’s safe to say that we have all fallen victim to an awkward photo or two at some point in our lives, but when you’re a celebrity and your every move is being monitored and then snapped by the paparazzi, this makes for a lot of awkward photo opportunities. We're certain that most of the time, celebs probably wish they could start a gigantic bonfire and burn every hideous photo that has ever been taken of them.

Sofía Vergara is regarded as one of the most beautiful women in the world, and for good reason: Her skin looks flawless, her long brunette locks are enviable, and she has a figure many people dream of having. But that's not to say that Vergara has not had moments where she's looked less appealing, however, this only because she's been caught in some of the most unflattering poses we've ever seen.
And this one, in particular, is pretty awful! It looks as though Vergara is afraid of the sunlight, and the expression on her face is a mixture of sheer confusion and disgust. I think it’s safe to say that if this photo proves one thing, it’s that Vergara was definitely not ready for this snap to be taken!
14 Lindsay Lohan's Neck Has Got More Rolls Than A Bakery
Lindsay Lohan grew up in Hollywood from a young age, and maybe having been exposed to so much wealth and fame from such a young age affected her, because she has had multiple run-ins with the law over the years. She has also become the victim of many unflattering photos, which she probably wishes that she was able to burn in a massive bonfire.
But of all the photos out there that I’ve seen of Miss Lohan, this one may be the worst, because I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with her chin(s) there. Is it an awful angle, or just camera trickery? The only thing I do know for sure is that Lohan was snapped unexpectedly while enjoying time with her friends at a bar in Venice, California, and this photo then became the subject of a few articles. Poor girl!

Britney Spears seems to be stable, happy, and really successful now, but she went through a bit of a rough patch, and I think this photo captures that perfectly.
In this photo, she not only looks to be incredibly unhappy and shouting at someone, but she also looks as though she hasn’t brushed her hair in a week, and that the drink she’s sipping on was incredibly sour -- because how else does someone contort their mouth in such a way?
To be fair to Brit, no one wants to have paparazzi constantly follow them and documenting their every move, even when she’s trying to do something as simple as buying a drink, so she’s justified in being mad. Still, it’s an awful picture of her, and unfortunately, the Internet ensures we never forget anything.

She’s the most followed person on Instagram, and beloved by millions of people from across the world, but Selena Gomez is human, and just like the rest of us she has moments which she probably wishes were not captured on film. And I think it’s safe to say that this moment is probably one of them. LOL.
While on the red carpet, Gomez pulled this face. Maybe it was because she was asked the 100th question about her dress, or her on-again-off-again relationship with Justin Bieber, which made her want to roll her eyes and do whatever she is doing with her mouth.
I don’t have those answers for you, so I can only comment on the photo at hand, and how incredibly hilarious it is.

People are often harsh about Khloé Kardashian and she has been referred to as the least attractive sibling, Eminem even took things to a whole new level with a very harsh diss track about her (and he’s certainly no Greek god himself). But in recent years Kardashian has proven she’s just as beautiful as her sisters, if not more beautiful, and she’s been taking really good care of herself.
So, it’s clear that this photo was not taken recently, but it’s not her awful style in this picture that we are going to discuss, but just how much the wind destroyed her hair. We have heard of bad hair days before, heck, we’ve all experienced them, but unfortunately for this reality star, she was snapped at the absolute worst time!
10 Please Never Do This Again, Angelina Jolie
Even the most perfect celebrities can have unflattering photos, and Angelina Jolie is living proof that this statement is true.
In her younger days, and long before she was a mother, Jolie was known for being a little wild and very spirited. And she seems to be channeling that in this image. I have no idea why she looks so infuriated, but can only imagine that she was tired of having a photographer in her face (which is fair enough) and was desperate to either give him some choice words, or show him a certain finger. You can see the frustration on Jolie’s face, but that snarl-like thing she’s doing with her teeth and her nose all scrunched up is something I hope she never decides to do again.
9 No Wonder Jennifer Lawrence Has A Classic Meme Face
We’ve come to the last point on our list and this was reserved for a very special celebrity. Say hello to Jennifer Lawrence, who is really, much like Cara Delevingne, the queen of strange poses.
Lawrence doesn’t take herself too seriously, even though she’s an Oscar-winning actress, she's known for always joking in interviews and never holding back on her emotions. This is a reason why fans love her so much, and this is also a reason why I have so much respect for her. She's hilarious, but sometimes she gets a little carried away with her reactions, and the result is a few awful, unfavorable images.
With this face, I only have one thing to say, and it’s what was she thinking?! No, Jennifer, just no, this is not a horror film audition!
8 Nicolas Cage Definitely Regrets This Flight
Traveling can be incredibly draining, especially when you’re flying long-haul, but if there was one flight, or rather one photo from a flight, that Nicolas Cage regrets, I think it would be this one.
During a trip to, I have no idea where, Cage was seated next to a very enthusiastic looking fan, who wanted to document the experience. She asked cage for a selfie, and while she looks good, this is definitely not the best that the actor has ever looked. In fact, it’s pretty far from it. His eyes are closed, his hair looks disheveled, and don’t even get me started on what he’s trying to do with his mouth.
Let this photo serve as a warning to all fans, taking a selfie on a flight is never a good idea (at least not for the celebrity involved)!

I love Beyoncé and she’s one of the most inspirational female stars in Hollywood. She also knows how to be fierce and is not afraid to say what’s on her mind, and although I could sing her praises for another three paragraphs, I’d rather bring your attention to this photo.
Beyoncé’s hair and makeup are on point, her outfit is amazing, and when it came to her singing abilities and her performance, as always, she brought her A-game, but I wish she would have left this face at home. Clearly caught between poses, and trying to concentrate really hard, this is one of the Bey’s most unflattering photos ever.
Taken when the singer was performing at the Super Bowl Halftime show in 2013 (I know, I also can’t believe it was so long ago), she seemed to get her fierce expression confused with scary.

She looks to be confused and about to cry, although I have no explanation as to why that may be. Did she see something that she didn’t like in that crowd? Or maybe the hot dog man bypassed her and she really, really wanted something to eat?!

Mike Tyson made a name for himself in the boxing ring, and he is definitely not someone you would want to anger because as he has proven, he has a bit of a temper -- he once got so heated in the ring that he bit off opponent Evander Holyfield’s ear.
According to New York Daily News, this photo was taken in 2006, after Tyson was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Police had stopped him not long after he left a nightclub in Arizona, and proceeded to take his mug shot, and the result is one of the strangest celebrity mugshots ever -- and there are a few. The reason that this image is so odd is that I am left wondering why Tyson decide to stick out his tongue?
Also, unlike the other photos on this list, Tyson would have had a little warning before the flash went off, so he knew the photo was coming.

Say what you want about Kim Kardashian, but there is no way you can deny that she is beautiful. Actually, it’s a little unfair just how gorgeous she is, and while most of the time she doesn’t leave the house without the latest fashion and a full-face of makeup, there are times when we have seen a less attractive side to her. And those times are when she cries.
Kardashian’s decision to have her life play out on reality TV has resulted in fans seeing her good and bad moments, and her crying face has become notorious. There are countless memes on the Internet about Kim’s ugly crying face, and if before this point you had not seen it, you’ll probably be able to agree now with all the statements that have been said about her face.

In the point above I said you’d be forgiven for not being able to recognize Hugh Grant after he was snapped in one of the worst photos ever, but you’d also be forgiven again for not thinking George Clooney is the most handsome man in the world after seeing this photo. But he is.
Clooney is a fantastic actor, but he’s also secured a fan following because he is very easy on the eye, well, he is when he is not contorting his face to make poses like this. I have no idea where or when this photo was taken, and whether Clooney was trying to be silly and pull a face, or if he got snapped in between poses and with an awful facial expression. One thing I do know, is that the rest of the world has to see this photo, which is why it’s found its way onto this list.

Cara Delevingne is one of the most quirky celebs out there, and she is loved because of the weird faces that she pulls and her fun-loving attitude. But just because Delevingne is willing to let her playful side come out, doesn’t mean that the faces that she pulls are flattering, and as this picture proves, sometimes she gets it wrong. In 2018, I’d rather binge watch movies from the ‘90s or early ‘00s that star Hugh Grant than any new film on the market, and that’s because he was the perfect combination of hilarious, and handsome.
However, in this fan photo, you’d be forgiven for not being able to even recognize that this is Hugh Grant because he looks as though he crawled out of a ditch. I’m not sure where exactly this photo was taken, but it looks to be inside an airport terminal, which would explain why he looks so exhausted. The only good thing about this photo is you have to give Grant props for being nice to his fans, and even though he probably realized the result would be unflattering, he still decided to be polite and pose.
