Khloe Kardashian, one of the most down-to-earth sisters of the famous clan, has been giving the world a stunning and shapely glimpse to what she now dubs as “the revenge body.”
In a year alone, she began hitting the gym on a regular basis and developed healthier eating habits, going on to lose 35 pounds—of which, she admitted to losing partly because of people continuously referring to her as the “fat” sister.
Another reason for Khloe adopting a healthier lifestyle was to relieve some of the stress caused by the tremulous year she had after her divorce to NBA player, Lamar Odom.
Whether the reasons to lose the weight were strictly to boost her own self-esteem or to revengefully ensure Lamar knew what he was missing, Khloe has been giving fans some serious inspiration to hit the gym and trade in their chocolate milkshake for a green smoothie.

15 Her Before and After Pictures
Before and after photos have long been used as a measure of success to motivate both the individual losing weight and those around them, also staring in awe at the difference between the photographs.
Khloe, who has a huge presence on social media, wasn’t afraid to share her inspiring before and after photographs with her fans.
She captioned her photo with the inspiring message: “Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all.”

Along with the before and after photograph, Khloe also shared a stand-alone one that shows off her sculpted stomach in a mirror selfie.
In the photograph’s caption, she says hello to her “baby abs,” and hopes to see more of them soon, making reference to the fact that she had never been able to see her stomach muscles before.
13 Her magazine covers
Despite speculation of heavy Photoshop being done on the images of her Complex Magazine cover, her body still looked ah-mazing and super toned. In one, she is posed sitting on a chair while holding onto a barbell. Another includes a fierce shot of her in slicked back hair, signature large hoop earrings, while her booty takes centre stage.
She also graced the covers of Women’s Health, looking incredibly toned and comfortable in her (almost) naked body, thus further inspiring the nations.
12 She silences her haters
Further to the speculation that her Complex magazine images had been highly retouched, Khloe shut down her haters through the best way she could: evidence.
She took to Instagram to post a picture of the two photographs—the retouched and untouched one—side by side. This did the trick, as it’s hard to distinguish any major differences between the two.
She captioned the photo with a message to her haters, “This one is for all the troll haters out there that cannot seem to give me an ounce of credit for my daily workouts! The image on the left is an unretouched photo from the actual camera on the day of the shoot. The image on the right is the retouched photo. Yes skin is smooth and shadows are removed but I still think I look good on the left image.”

Whether they were instructed by their doctors or took it upon themselves, many people adopt healthier lifestyles to better manage stress. Oftentimes the workout gear you wear to the gym can be just as motivating as the progress your body is making.
Khloe’s endless roster of workout clothes and gear includes a Chanel backpack, which she uses as a gym bag, form-fitting tops and leggings and plaid shirts she often ties around her waist.
As for her workout shoes, she has been photographed leaving the gym in black Nike sneakers with the signature white swoosh.
8 Having a 150 square-foot closet to hold all her workout gear
According to Self, Khloe keeps all of her workout gear in the 150 square-foot closet in her LA home. Designed by Lisa Adams and her company LA Closet Design, it’s the ultimate “fitness closet,” holding and allowing all her leggings, tops, sports bras and shorts the space needed to breathe after her intense sweat sessions.
While not every fan can afford a luxury such as this, she’s sure to have inspired them to create a space devoted entirely to the care of their workout clothes.
7 Khloe’s waist training craze
Khloe, along with her sisters Kim and Kourtney, fell in love with the waist-training trend.
Khloe photographed herself wearing the tight-looking corset, which, according to news.health.com, is supposed to wrap tightly around the waist and lower rib cage in order to provide an instantaneous slimming, hourglass look that many women are envious of.
Many other celebs, like Jessica Alba, have praised the trainer, even accrediting it to helping her return to her “pre-baby body.”
6 Her bikini bod on vacation
While the Kardashian family has been on lounging on vacation in St. Barts this month, they have all been snapping photographs of their fun, family-filled time.
Of those photos, Khloe has been rocking two one-piece bathing suits: a blue and red one, giving fans a glimpse at her incredible weight loss progress.

Many women today still fear that lifting weights will cause their bodies to become bulky. Thankfully, Khloe Kardashian has squashed this common misconception.
When hitting the gym, Khloe doesn’t stray away from weights or other intense strength-training exercise. Some of her favourite exercises include squatting with 100 pounds, boxing two or three times a week, hitting SpinCycle, hiking and going on the treadmill. As for her diet, she likes to strike a balance by eating everything in moderation, while still allowing herself to drink alcohol if she feels like it.
