Leave it to Kim Kardashian-West to dress her ever-growing baby bump in a flimsy material better-suited for a grandmother’s doily. Sure, her made-up face looks like pure perfection and the black dress may look lovely on someone who is not about to bust it at the seams, but this look is not exactly what growing bellies need in a maternity cover-up. Perhaps mom-to-be Kim is feeling hot and sticky while posing for the cameras and this lightweight material keeps her calm, cool, and collected, but if that baby grows another centimeter, that barely-there dress will unravel faster than a made-for-reality-TV relationship. Nobody is saying Kim needs to dress herself in a giant tent-like article of clothing, but this netted number is pushing the limits. Then again, Kim couldn’t spend a full nine months without trying her best to ooze sex appeal from every pore.

Fans love Beyoncé, and don’t get us wrong, she is a ravishing beauty, but this shiny red bedazzled baby bump is not exactly demure maternity wear. A sequined stomach is making her midsection look more like a disco ball than a bundle of joy. Not to mention, that deeply plunging and super-revealing neckline shows off the singers milk machines a little too much for the rest of us to feel comfortable with looking in her direction. Luckily, Beyoncé has a couple of golden Grammy awards to go home with, because after a long night of pregnant disco dancing, she is surely going to need a solid reminder of why she wore such an odd choice for a maternity gown in the first place. Disco balls are made for the ceiling, not the middle of a performer’s ever-expanding belly.

Itsy bitsy teeny weeny may have made sense for the yellow polka dot bikini, but when it comes to this over-stretched, super-tight maternity dress on Amber Rose, there is nothing itsy about it! In bright yellow with black polka dots all over, along with a cap made for a person with an authority Amber surely doesn’t possess, the pregnant celeb looks like a giant bumble bee let loose in the shoe section of a department store. Never one to be a wallflower, it isn’t a shock at all that Amber is wearing such a slinky dress in her state of pregnancy, but in this skin-tight look, we can practically see the shape of her baby-to-be’s skull! You’ve gotta hand it to the star though, yellow is her color, whether or not you approve of the maternity dress!

Jessica Simpson has been up and down over the years when it comes to her size, weight, and shape, and of course when a gal is pregnant as she is in this photo, she will lean towards the “up.” That said, Jess should have purchased some clothing that didn’t make her look like a jungle cat that overindulged at dinner time. She looks super-uncomfortable and stuffed into her animal print outfit with a protruding belly bump that can’t be tamed in such a tight-fitting ensemble. While it is evident that the mom-to-be is trying to look sexy, she didn’t get it right in this pic. She is a clothing designer after all, so perhaps more attention ought to be paid to her maternity line. In good news, this print jacket is sure to look hot once she delivers!

Is there a specific reason this topless pic of the pregnant celeb is out there on the internet? She doesn’t look particularly thrilled and this pic is obviously not a professional shot. We all know Spelling is perpetually pregnant, so seeing her in this state isn’t anything to take a moment’s pause for. If you look closely, her beige underpants are creeping out the top of her maternity jeans and the position she is lying in looks super-uncomfortable. If a star is going to put prego pics of herself on the internet, she can afford to do something a little more high-end. Even the dog looks like he’s had enough of this Spelling silliness.

Sure, loads of folks couldn’t get enough of this colorful pic and raved about its beauty and creativity, but for the rest of us, the question of what’s going on is what’s going through our minds. People were searching deep into this pic for some cryptic meaning and tried to guess what the genders of her twins would be, but perhaps this was just a moment of creativity went awry. At least the panties are cute.

As the prego gift that keeps on giving, Jessica Simpson is literally stopping traffic in this flowing gigantic red dress that makes her easily visible from miles away. Not that we really want to look. Yes, we all know a flowing dress is super-comfy for a pregnant lady, but this bright red number with chunky and clunky shoes to match makes Jess look more like the road work sign behind her than the work of art she normally is. Everything about her looks oversized, from that dress to the shoes to the handbag to her sunglasses, and all eyes are on the mom-to-be as she sashays down the city street looking like Red Riding Hood, only super-sized. Yes, she is a beauty no matter what, but this look is just not delivering.

In more Tori Spelling news, this prego pic of the star makes it look like she isn’t exactly following doctor’s orders when it comes to healthy eating while caring for her growing baby. Diet Sunkist isn’t exactly health food, and Tori is double-fisting the fake orange-flavored fizzy beverage. It also looks like she is surrounded by a bunch of half-eaten cookies… not exactly a meal the nutritionist would recommend for a pregnant woman. Let’s at least hope that Tori slathered her belly bump in some high-SPF sunscreen since a burnt and blistered belly isn’t exactly going to feel comfortable for the mom-to-be. Tori is used to being “with child” so perhaps the soda is settling a nauseated stomach. Who knows, we’ll likely see new prego pics of Tori in the years to come, since she is always up for expanding her family!

Heck, if you didn’t know she was pregnant in this pic, one could speculate that Kim was simply a little out of shape ‘round the middle. But as long as her famous wig is in place and her makeup looks good, Kim probably feels like a million bucks (and probably got paid a pretty penny by the mag too), and wanted to show off her bump as it was during the time of the shoot. Living life on camera day in and day out is no big whoop for Kim, so what’s another nearly-nude pic for a gossip rag?

Sexiness is in the eye of the beholder, but this provocative pic is not what her kid is going to want to see when he or she asks what mommy looked like while she was pregnant with them. Of course, this is an artsy photo meant for editorial use and not a look one would walk out of the house in, but that XL T-shirt was surely meant for something other than being a prop in a pregnant woman’s questionably sexed-up pre-natal pictorial. Naturally, lots of admiring fellas would find this idea more appealing if the belly bump wasn’t part of the picture, but some would say Kourt looks pretty fine bump and all.
4 Boudoir Belly
OK, this photo idea would be amazing without the fetus feature stealing the thunder. Britney Spears loves to keep herself in the public eye, but this nearly nude pregnancy boudoir photo is a bit much, especially if she is going to use it as an awkward birth announcement pic. While Brit looks pretty and her skin looks dewy and bronze, the belly button and growing bump kinda make the whole theme look a tad “too little too late.” Isn’t it her sex appeal that got her into her condition in the first place, after all? Sure, all women should embrace their bodies at all stages of life, but a pic like this is best left for herself and her man, not for the whole world to see and judge. Not that she wears much more on stage.

Christina Aguilera loves to play it up for the cameras and show off her sex appeal and lots of skin, but aside from her heels, she is all skin… and then some, in this racy pic! This pinup girl-themed photo may have been fun to shoot, but when fans see it, it is a bit much to take in at once. OK, if X-Tina wants this pic for herself to hang in her dressing room, so be it. But as a pic for a magazine or an online shoot, such a photo seems to be a tad “thirsty” as the kids say. Maybe this is an advertisement for the blingy bracelet she is wearing or for a new line of body lotion. But as far as a new album promo idea goes, this might not be the best campaign. No doubt, the singer looks gorgeous, but this pose is as far from natural as the patients in a Beverly Hills plastic surgery office.

Nadya Suleman, more famously known as “Octomom” had a whole lotta baby growing inside her relatively average-sized body at once. In what seemed like overnight, the once-unknown woman became wildly famous due to her hugely expanding belly that everyone wanted a look at. And boy did we get an eyeful! She carried what seemed like a litter of babies to term after being artificially inseminated by a questionable doc who implanted far too many embryos at one time. Suleman became tabloid fodder not only for her OMG photos, but for her huge family and what her plans were to raise all of her kids. Hey all you pregnant ladies out there, if you think you are getting huge, just take a look at Octomom and you’ll suddenly feel like Olive Oil.
1 Dreadful Velvet
Blac Chyna is never one to tone things down, so even while pregnant with baby Dream, she wore some really out-there ensembles. This taupe velvet number, as a prime example, is hugging Chyna’s body so tightly that it is a miracle if she was actually able to hop into that car she is opening in this photo. While her bottom looks as bump-worthy as her growing belly, this dress is being pulled in so many directions, it is a shock that it isn’t ripped at the seams. And that front middle slit isn’t leaving much to the imagination. It could be useful though if she went into labor in this dress when it comes to easy access for the OB-GYN! Chyna does love to dress in a sexy manner, so she wasn’t going to give up her signature look just because she was “with child.”
