Last month, Jennifer Lopez appeared at the American Music Awards to open the show's ceremony in front of viewers from all over the world. Jaws dropped to the floor as the world admired her performance in a skintight bodysuit which showed off her sensational figure.

Former head of old age psychology at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, Dr David Weeks, announced a couple of years ago that his research clearly showed having regular sex makes you appear younger. He claimed, "Those who looked younger than their age have sex an average 50 per cent more."

JLo knows that beauty comes from within. She told WebMD Magazine, "When you look good, you feel good. When you feel good, you are a better person and parent." The Ain't It Funny singer added, "I just breathe and clear my mind. Sometimes we just have to do nothing, just breathe."

Well there's no denying that part of JLo's beauty is down to having one of the world's leading makeup artists, Mary Phillips, on hand wherever she goes. Although Phillips openly admits JLo has "flawless" skin even she needs to look beyond great for the ever present cameras in her life.

JLo is one star who constantly defends herself against rumours of plastic surgery. She vows she has never had work done but does admit to using non-surgical treatments. Well when you're worth an estimated $320 million there's no harm in splashing out on a little anti-ageing luxury.
She regularly indulges in a CACI non-surgical facial lift treatment, including added wrinkle erasing technology which sets her back $25,000. She is also rumoured to use Strivectin SD Eye Cream ($50), which was originally formulated as a stretch mark cream, to keep wrinkles away from her eyes.
3 She Knows A Good Diet Is Essential
Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce swear by the 22-Day Vegan Diet. The challenge is based on the rule that it takes 21-days to break a habit, so dieters are made to turn vegan for 22-days to see how much better they feel by cutting out meat and dairy from their lives.
"I didn't know how good you can feel when you put healthy stuff in your body," JLo told US Magazine. Animal campaigners PETA say one of the main benefits of eating only vegan will be younger looking skin. They say on their website, "Berries, plums, kiwis, broccoli, citrus fruits, and other foods rich in antioxidants and vitamin C have collagen and elastin for firm, youthful-looking skin."

Alcohol is not a vice of JLo's, she told US Magazine that she avoids heavy drinking as she works so hard stating: "It's a job, you've got to buckle down."
