The Biebs is about as known for getting into trouble as he is for his music career. Sometimes it's for something like egging a house where he's obviously in the wrong (albeit pretty average for his age), and sometimes it's because he accidentally breaks a rule while traveling or just doesn't feel like talking and storms off. He did grow up dealing with tons of attention 24/7 so it's not so surprising. But it does create a lot of opportunities where he needs to publicly apologize. Here are 13 of his best sorry moments.

13 When He Flipped Off The Paparazzi

Naturally when Justin and Selena would hit the town the two would get more than a few onlookers. Sometimes that resulted in Justin flipping the bird. As he said, "Had a great bday and at the end of the night [Selena and I] got surrounded by paps and I reacted in a way I know better. I'm sorry. #killthemwithkindness. It's not always easy but I know better than to react in anger."

12 When He Ignored British Fans

Back in 2010, Justin ignored some British fans which they apparently didn't like based on the fact that they used some expletives to let him know it. His apology: "Wish I could have come out from the performance at the Mayfair but security wouldn't let me. For those girls who cursed me out for it, I'm sorry, but sometimes I need to listen to security so no one gets hurt. But I like your attitude. The UK goes hard."

11 When He Apologized To Bill Clinton

In 2013, Justin was caught on tape cussing out Bill Clinton, but that was also after he peed in a mop bucket at a club. Sober? Probably not. There's always someone watching, Justin. But he did of course apologize for his foul words to the former president: "Thanks for taking the time to talk, Mr. President. Your words meant a lot. #greatguy"

10 When He Ignored Brazilian Fans

So it's not just the Brits, apparently. In 2011, Justin made some people mad in Brazil, again for not stopping to talk. Can't the guy just walk along in resting b*tch face peace from time to time? His sorry moment: "Love when the press thinks I'm annoyed because I look tired. I'm just tired. It's normal. I'm not a machine. I'm in Brazil!! Not annoyed. I'm excited."

9 When He Skipped A TV Appearance

His reasoning sounds pretty legit but it was probably his delivery that made this super offensive: "Just want to let my people in Germany know I won't be on Wetten Dass tonight as an accident has taken place and we all don't think it is right to continue ... I'm sorry we couldn't perform tonight but some things are more important than putting on a show."

8 When He Ignored French Fans

See, he does it to everyone! At this time, it sounds like Justin was trying to avoid  a case of claustrophobia. His apology: "The other day in the airport I got surrounded by 20 paps. I don't like small spaces, and I just wanted to get on the plane. I ran to get through the gate and there is a video of me running by fans and on the other side you don't see the 20 paps. I would never run by my fans. For those that I did pass that day I AM SORRY. I know my fans are my everything. I know my responsibility to love them. I LOVE MY BELIEBERS."

7 When He Pissed Off China And Japan

Justin made a stop at a shrine in Tokyo that's known for being very controversial, as it honors some WWII soldiers that include war criminals. How would one know??? He apologized by saying, "While in Japan, I asked my driver to pull over for which I saw a beautiful shrine. I was misled to think the Shrines were only a place of prayer. To anyone I have offended, I am extremely sorry. I love you China and I love you Japan."

6 When He Made A Racist Joke

A video was released of Justin singing with the n-word and making jokes about the KKK. Those are never funny. He said,"Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with. But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn't understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made years ago. At the end of the day I just need to step down and own what I did."

5 When He Walked Off Stage

In 2015 Justin hit a wall and basically just walked off stage. He explained himself pretty well: "Sadly, it's been a rough week for me, long days no sleep while having to be 'on' as they would say for cameras, fans, etc. In no way did I mean to come across mean but chose to end the show as the people in the front row would not listen ... I don't always handle things the right way but I'm human and I'm working on getting better at responding, not reacting."

4 When He Felt Weird On 'Ellen'

Justin apologized for how he seemed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, saying: "It's been a minute since I've done a public appearance, and I didn't want to come off arrogant or conceited or basically how I've been acting the past year, year and a half." Later, he apologized directly to Ellen saying he wants to "be able to own up to some of the things" that he's done and "I think it's just cool to be able to laugh at yourself."

3 When He Offended Argentina

At a 2013 concert Justin handled an Argentinian flag in a way that made people pretty mad, although his apology makes it seem kind of confusing -- was it a bra, shirt or flag that he was dealing with? His words: "People throw stuff on my stage all show and I get it to the stage hands to get off so no one got hurt. That video I saw a bra and thought it was a shirt. I'm being told by my team it was a shirt, but even if it was a flag I would never do anything to disrespect Argentina or the fans."

2 When He Posted A Butt Photo

Justin is certainly no prude, but he's gotten in hot water for posting photos of his butt on Instagram. In this case, he was apologizing to the pint-sized fans. He basically said he didn't want  anyone's kids to see that and get offended.

1 When He Apologized

Justin has also apologized for apologizing. Okay, it's more like he's explaining himself, but it comes off as an apology: "People often forget that [I'm human], even with their comments and stuff they think it doesn't get to me, but it gets to me. Things that people say bother me, and I gotta be strong enough to keep it pushing. That's why I wanted to make a video, just to let people know that I'm human... I'm passionate about being better and growing so I think that this is going to be an awesome chapter in my life."
