This one may be the most shocking of them all. Yes, wholesome, world renowned Julie Andrews drank on set. While filming The Sound of Music, she was given homemade schnapps by the farmer who owned the land where they filmed the outdoor guitar scenes. Ms. Andrews explained "The schnapps was at the end of one day shooting -- it wasn't necessarily that one, but we were way up in the Alps on a really blustery cold day and the farmer made his own schnapps and very generously handed out a small measure to the people that were on the camera and to all of us. I tell you, for that one moment, we were so grateful because we were so cold."

When seeing those three names together you probably already know what movie and what scene I’m about to reference. Yep, that steamy scene in Wild Things that has become a common pop culture reference. Even if you haven’t seen the entire movie, you probably remember that scene. So what did it take to make filming a little less awkward? A little drinking between the three costars beforehand.
