Back in the ‘90s during the wrestling boom period, it was unknown to fans as to how the stars were living outside of the ring. WWE is great when it comes to keeping up with the times, though. Therefore, nowadays, we have a great idea when it comes to how our favorite wrestlers live outside of the ring.
A big part of that has to do with reality television. WWE has several reality-based shows including Total Bellas, Total Divas and various behind-the-scenes documentaries on their own network. Of course, social media is also a gigantic influence. Via the likes of YouTube and social media, we get further access to the personal lives of our favorite WWE stars.
But not every wrestler enjoys the finer things in life. WWE stars make more than decent salaries (ranging from six to seven figures). However, the lifestyles they enjoy definitely vary. Some of the top paid wrestlers would rather live a quiet and B-Lister type of life. On the flip side, others aren’t afraid to spend.
We’ll look at A-Listers in the WWE that buy all the fancy clothes, cars, watches, homes and just about anything else fans can think of. Here are 10 WWE Superstars who live A-Lister lifestyles and 10 who live like B-Listers. Let’s get started. Ring the bell!
20 A-Lister - Lana
Lana and Rusev kind of reside off the grid in Nashville, Tennessee. We say off the grid because typically, WWE Superstars either live in the California or Florida areas.
Despite having a home base in Tennessee, Lana is still living the A-Lister lifestyle. Just in cars she and Rusev share, it is obvious that they enjoy the finer things in life. Lana and Rusev own a stunning Maserati, not to mention a BMW as the couple’s daily driver. As evidenced by Lana’s IG account, she also has expensive taste when it comes to the clothes and brands that she represents.
19 B-Listers - Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella
Unlike sister Nikki, Brie has an appreciation for the simpler things that life has to offer. Despite all the wealth and popularity the couple has accumulated in the wrestling business, they maintain a quiet lifestyle. In fact, Bryan himself purchased a Honda Fit, the type of ride most fans wouldn’t expect a millionaire wrestler to drive.
Nonetheless, the couple isn’t short on love, as evidenced by Total Bella. With their daughter Birdie, the family is more than happy without having to splurge on unnecessary luxuries. And let’s not forget, Daniel Bryan didn’t get in the wrestling business for the money: he was simply a kid chasing his dreams. Clearly, that still holds true today.
18 A-Lister - Nikki Bella
The opposite holds true for Nikki. She isn’t afraid to spend her money on the finer things in life such as expensive restaurant meals and fancy cars. At the very least, Nikki isn’t afraid to admit that she enjoys some of the great luxuries life has to offer, like a bottle of wine at a restaurant that costs hundreds of dollars. That’s not the norm for us, but it is for Nikki.
Her daily rider is a Range Rover and she was also spotted cruising down the Scottsdale streets in a Lamborghini and even a Ferrari. With all her companies and commitments, she definitely deserves to splurge.
17 B-Lister - Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch grew up with a burning desire to make it in the wrestling business. When it wasn’t paying the bills, she decided to leave, becoming a stewardess for an airline company instead. Thankfully, her gut told her to return and just a couple of years later, Lynch would sign her first WWE deal.
Fast forward to 2019 and she is now the most popular WWE Superstar, and that’s even counting the men as well. Despite all of this fame, Lynch still lives a basic lifestyle out in Florida, typically driving her pickup and riding the waves with her board during those rare days off.
16 A-Listers - The Miz & Maryse
He’s nicknamed “The A-Lister,” so it only makes sense that Miz lives the gimmick outside of the ring as well. As seen on Total Divas and The Miz and Maryse’s reality show, the two love the finer things in life. An example of that is their lovely Austin, Texas home, which kind of resembles a castle. Maryse also recently posted about her newest vehicle, a good-looking Mercedes SUV. They aren’t shy when it comes to splurging.
However, both earned the right with lengthy stints as WWE stars. Miz continues on as an active member of SmackDown Live while Maryse is now off the road taking care of the couple’s child back in Austin, Texas.
15 B-Lister - Alexa Bliss
Alexa Bliss entered the wrestling business with no prior experience. However, she completely morphed into a fantastic WWE star once she made it onto the main roster. Bliss became a multi-time Women’s Champion and her popularity also skyrocketed.
Without a doubt, she earned a serious raise at some point. Nonetheless, Bliss still lives a B-list lifestyle back at home when she’s off the road. Bliss has a pet pig along with a couple of dogs, and that's about it. She doesn’t need expensive things to be happy. Instead, it seems like all she needs is a couple of pets while relaxing and watching some Netflix.
14 A-Listers - Triple H & Stephanie McMahon
Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are without a doubt the most powerful couple in the wrestling business. Not only are the two active on-screen but they also hold even more power behind the scenes. Sleep is very limited for these two as they continue to propel the WWE’s machine forward.
With all the wealth they've accumulated, the couple lives a luxurious life in a gated Connecticut community. They also have superior luxuries when it comes to getting from point A to point B. The couple has private ground travel along with their very own private jet. You won't find Triple H and Stephanie flying commercial like the rest of the wrestlers!
13 B-Listers - Dean Ambrose & Renee Young
Dean Ambrose is one of those wrestlers that just can’t be enticed by money. In fact, according to recent news, he turned down a lucrative WWE offer. For Ambrose, wrestling is all about pride and passion and less about the fancy luxuries and fat contract.
This popular wrestling couple lives off the map in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. They aren’t afraid to leave the house; Dean, in particular, was spotted by fans roaming the streets several times in the past. They also love attending Las Vegas Golden Knight hockey games—that might have something to do with Renee’s background in the great white north.
12 A-Lister - Rey Mysterio
Rey Mysterio got his first big break in wrestling business when he signed a deal with World Championship Wrestling. However, he really hit his stride as a performer once he was shipped off to the WWE. He turned into a prominent act and a multi-time champion.
Rey is now back with the WWE following a couple of years away from the company. And Rey definitely had the funds to leave the company. That’s evidenced by his well-equipped garage, which features a Maserati, Mercedes G-Wagon, wrapped Audi R-8, and a stunning Ford Raptor. Rey definitely has expensive taste in cars.
11 B-Lister - Ronda Rousey
Ronda Rousey should be living the A-Lister lifestyle. After all, she was the face of the UFC for years and she then cashed some fat cheques in the world of Hollywood. Nowadays, her wealth continues to expand with various endorsement deals along with a seven-figure WWE contract.
Despite all of that, Rousey lives a quiet life outside of the ring alongside partner Travis Browne. Residing in California, the couple doesn’t need anything flashy in order to achieve true happiness. Ronda likes the simpler things in life like growing her own watermelons and spending time with her dog.
10 A-Lister - Baron Corbin
Baron Corbin is a surprising entrant on this side of the article given that he hasn’t been with the company for as long as some of the others. Nonetheless, Corbin is quickly rising up the ranks as one of the greatest villains on WWE TV. He’s also collecting some serious cash along the way, the results of which are evidenced by some of the purchases he shares on IG.
Corbin has a number of vintage muscle cars along with photos of various Ferrari models that he got to ride in. Corbin also has a noteworthy watch collection. We can only dream of owning some of his watches.
9 B-Lister - AJ Styles
Prior to joining the WWE, AJ was working his craft with TNA Wrestling. A WWE contract seemed like a long shot at the time–therefore, Styles took his talent to New Japan. It all worked out in the end, though, as AJ caught the WWE’s attention and signed a deal in 2016. Styles would go on to win various WWE Championships along with cementing his name as one of the best.
Despite all the praise, Styles lives a quiet life away from the ring with his three children. AJ lives off the grid in a small Georgia town. He enjoys taking his kids to sporting events and playing video games as he’s a big Xbox nerd.
8 A-Lister - Goldberg
For Bill Goldberg, wrestling wasn’t on the agenda. Instead, he planned to make it in the National Football League. Due to various injuries, he put that plan on the backburner. An opportunity to wrestle for WCW would later present itself and Goldberg wisely took the offer. He turned into the face of the company and a wealthy man making millions per year.
That wealth is still quite evident today. Goldberg lives a lavish lifestyle with a must-see home out in Bonsall, California. Of course, he lives in a gated community. What might be even more impressive is his collection of classic and current muscle cars. Bill is a car enthusiast and has upped his game at car collecting over the years.
7 B-Lister - Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins is another wrestler less motivated by the money and more concerned with putting on a great show for the audience. He achieved his dream inking a WWE deal in 2010. Nine years later, he’s arguably the most talented performer on either of the rosters.
Out of the ring, Rollins doesn’t boast his wealth. Instead, he invests his money wisely. Rollins recently bought a cafe. He also has his own wrestling school back in Iowa and is one of the few wrestlers to still reside in his hometown. The Royal Rumble winner likes the fact that he can be close to his friends and family, an admirable decision to say the least.
6 A-Lister - John Cena
John Cena grew up with very little. But he and his brothers made the most of what they were given. Cena bounced around several jobs before joining the WWE, and one of them included working as a driver for a limousine company.
Years later, the same limo driver would become arguably the most popular face in WWE history. He’s also the wealthiest with the biggest contract in the company. Cena isn’t afraid to showcase his wealth, buying a variety of luxury rides from Ferrari models to several classic muscle cars. His home isn’t too shabby either, with a stunning waterfall swimming pool in the backyard. As Cena is currently working on several films, that wealth will only expand.
5 B-Lister - Mick Foley
Mick Foley only knows about the B-List lifestyle. This was evident since his professional life began. In order to save money, Foley would room at the homes of fans free of charge. Foley continued to cut every corner during his pro wrestling ascension.
The same holds true in his retirement. Foley still rides in his old red minivan after all these years and he doesn’t seem to be interested in upgrading despite the fact that he has more than enough funds to do so. Mick is totally content with his lifestyle and that likely won’t change.
4 A-Lister – Vince McMahon
It would only make sense to include the boss of WWE, Vince McMahon. The billionaire owner isn’t afraid to flex his wealth. That applies double these days since the WWE signed a deal worth billions of dollars with FOX.
McMahon lives in a gated Connecticut community and he only drives the fanciest cars, like his Bentley. In addition, Vince has private ground travel when arriving at a destination—not to mention the private jet that he takes around the globe to the various WWE shows. The boss is by far the wealthiest man in the WWE and he’s not afraid to show it.
3 B-Lister - The Undertaker
Undertaker should be an A-Lister outside of the ring. He’s a legend and a locker room leader. He is also one of the most respected performers of all-time. Yet despite all the praise that he constantly receives, Undertaker is just a simple dude out of the ring.
He can fly privately yet he still chooses to go commercial after all these years. He lives a private and quiet life alongside his wife Michelle McCool and their daughter. Undertaker hasn’t changed his ways and that still holds true to this day. When it comes to class, it doesn’t get much better than the future Hall of Famer.
2 A-Lister - The Rock
The Rock has to be considered the most popular WWE star to ever come out of the company. WWE was only the beginning for Dwayne, who would become a global sensation thanks to his acting (and singing!) chops.
He definitely doesn’t show off of his wealth. However, he does live an A-List lifestyle. Rock has an actual gym shipped to whatever movie set he’s working on. That’s something B-Listers definitely can’t afford to do. Oh, and he also rides in his own private jet year round. Rock is on another level when it comes to the great things that he’s able to afford.
1 B-Lister – Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar definitely has the accommodations of an A-Lister. Brock has private flight arrangements and he also gets paid per appearance, which isn’t the norm for any other wrestler within the WWE. He’s also one of the wealthiest because of those terms, not to mention he still holds the Universal Title.
Out of the ring, the exact opposite holds true. Lesnar lives completely off the grid in Saskatchewan, Canada. Brock lives on a farm alongside his wife Sable and the couple’s two children. Despite all that big money, Lesnar is an easy guy to please–he likes living a private life, that’s for sure.
