But LISS workouts can be just as effective, and whether you want to mix it up and do both, or lean more into LISS, you can be just as fit. A lot of workouts fall into the category of LISS that you might not have realized, such as playing a team sport or being all about your hot girl mental health walks.

10 Walking

Walking is something that everyone should do every day, not to get in a LISS workout but to move their body, and help alleviate sore muscles and even tension that accumulates during sleep or while sitting at a desk all day.

Get your steps in by taking some time to walk each day, even if it just means walking to the supermarket to run errands. If you want to get more of a workout from your walk, try to walk at a steady pace for 30 to 60 minutes to feel the burn, and consider using super light weights for an extra boost.

While yoga and pilates are typically thought of for flexibility and sculpting, they can also get you a little bit of a LISS workout as well when you flow with the moves more quickly.

Dynamic Yoga and pilates are when you go from move to move without rest in between. This gets your heart rate going at a steady pace, and is a great workout that will have you sweating and your muscles sore the next day.

1 Stairwell Or Elliptical

If you have a gym membership, there are many machines available to you to help you get a LISS workout. Treadmills are super popular because it helps you maintain a steady state and burn more calories when walking, but the Stairmaster, elliptical and rowing machines are also great ways to get a LISS workout and switch things up.
