It seems like there’s always a Kardashian who’s expecting and this time around it’s Kim! One of the first things that we learned about Kimye’s impending arrival was their baby's due date and gender. In January, Kim confirmed that she was having a boy on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. She also mentioned the baby was due in the spring.
"You know if it's a boy or girl?" the host asked Kim. "We do. It's a boy," she replied. "It's out there. I got [intoxicated] at our Christmas Eve party, and I told some people, but I can't remember who I told."
While the reality star declined to give an exact due date during the appearance, media outlets have since confirmed the baby is set to arrive in May. Earlier this month, a source told People the baby is due “in a few weeks.”
19 Kim Wants To Name The Baby After Her Brother Rob

But Kim recently admitted that the couple are considering going in a very tame direction and naming their son after her brother and father, both of whom were named Robert (or Rob for short).
“I was truthfully thinking about just naming him Rob, after my brother, Rob,” Kim said during an interview with Jimmy Kimmel. “But then it’s kind of like North, Saint, Chicago, Rob. It doesn’t really go, but I was really feeling that. And my brother approved it, so that’s like our one kind of name.”
18 But She’s Also Considering Names From Armenia
During the same Jimmy Kimmel appearance, Kim said that she’s also been looking into potential names from Armenia for her son (Kim’s paternal family comes from there).
This wouldn’t be the first time a Kardashian sister honoured their heritage through their child's name. Kourtney said she named her eldest son Mason partially because it’s a traditional name from the country in Asia.
However, the only problem Kim is having is that she hasn’t come across a name she’s fallen in love with yet. “I was Googling...boys’ names last night, and I couldn’t really find anything,” she explained. “I definitely take a family survey but it’s usually after the baby is born. Kim has become known for the extravagant baby showers she throws ahead of her children’s arrivals. For her second daughter, North, the mom threw an exquisite cherry blossom-themed event. But for the birth of her fourth child, reports are saying the star is going in a controversial direction with a CBD-themed shower.
“This year, because I am freaking out so much, I just want a zen-like CBD-themed baby shower,” Kim recently shared, People reports. “I just want massages.” She added that she wants the shower to also feature a “tea ceremony with crystals.”
Kim added she thinks throwing a big shower will help her older kids transition to the new baby. “When you have a surrogate, for me, I realized that having a baby shower for Chi was actually so much more beneficial for my kids because they saw people come. They actually saw that it was like, ‘A new baby is coming,’” Kim explained.

The Kardashians may keep their lips tight when it comes to discussing things in the media, but it sounds like Kimye’s oldest daughter North hasn’t quite caught on. During a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim revealed that North couldn’t help but tell everyone at her school that her family was expecting another baby.
"Do you know who I think our informant is?" Kim said during the episode. "A mom at school texts me and goes 'Congrats! I heard you're having a baby [boy].'" She continued, "North has been going around saying she finally has a baby brother so Saint won't bother her anymore. She's the one who's been selling us out this whole time."

Kim recently admitted to the media that she’s feeling unprepared for baby no. 4, and it might be the nursery that’s stressing her out. A source told Entertainment Tonight that Kim and Kanye haven’t been able to decide on how to decorate the nursery. And considering the baby is about a month away, they better get on it!

"Kim now also has a personal assistant, a house assistant, two kids, two nannies, and I was recently promoted to COO of Kardashian West Brands, so we're looking for someone to fill my executive assistant position,” she told the publication.
More recently, a source told OK! Magazine that the family employed three nannies who routinely travel with them when they take their kids out of the country.
9 And Each Nanny Gets Paid $100,000 Per Year
Childcare ain’t cheap - especially if you’re a Kardashian! According to Celebuzz, Kim and Kanye spend a small fortune every year on their nannies’ salaries. Evidently, each one gets paid a whopping $100,000 and that’s not even including bonuses.
“They have a team of nannies on at all times and on call 24/7, each making a salary of around $100k,” a source explained. “The cost is through the roof — they’ve spent a fortune since Chi was born in mid-January.” They added that the couple also pays for their nannies’ expenses while travelling, including hotels, flights, insurance, and food.
8 North Gets Jealous Of Her Siblings
Although Kim and Kanye didn’t wait long to give North a sibling, the parents have revealed their oldest daughter still gets jealous of her younger siblings (which is probably making them nervous about bringing home baby no. 4!).
"I thought it was a phase. She does not like her brother," Kim once told Ryan Seacrest. "It’s so hard for me. I thought it was like, ‘OK, a couple months, she’s just warming up to it.' She got so jealous when I would breastfeed and stuff. And now, the phase isn’t going away."

Kanye barely has any direct contact with the staff."
The insider added, "Kim will be livid by how out of control they look from the outside - there goes their Insta-perfect family.”
6 Kanye Doesn’t Help Out With The Kids
While Kim always seems to be carrying one of her children around, Kanye is rarely seen out and about with his children, unless the whole family is together. According to sources, Kanye isn’t as hands-on with the children as his wife would like.

But things appear to have gotten a lot rockier between the two since the arrival of their third child, and some fans are wondering if Kanye’s lack of hands-on parenting is a reason why the couple is arguing more.

She was dealing with the robbery and all that came after, and she felt like he wasn’t there for her. Last August, Kim got backlash when photos were published showing North and her nanny sitting at a separate table while Kim dined at a restaurant. A source later revealed to People the mom only did that to keep her daughter off camera.
“Kim was filming and North expressed that she didn’t want to be on camera, so she sat at a table next to Kim,” they explained.

Any parent knows that bringing a new baby home is a big change for older siblings. Kim has expressed concern several times over how her three older children will react to another baby being brought home.

Kim continued, “I could never, especially in, like, the world we live in. I just feel like the world is so different now than when I grew up. 1 The Kids Don’t Understand Why They’re Famous
Now that Kim and Kanye’s children are getting older, they’re beginning to question why there are always cameras following them. Last year, Kim revealed just how difficult it’s been answering her daughter North’s questions about their family’s fame.
“Oh, okay, okay. I’m going to have to explain this right now,” Kim said of when her daughter asked why the family is famous, People reports. “I’m like, ‘We have a TV show.’ And she was like, ‘Oh, okay.’ That was the first time she was like, ‘Oh!’”
