Squid game is the most-watched TV show in the world. There is no doubt that Squid Game will be one of the top costume choices this year. It is tempting to choose the Squid Game soldiers, but because they are masked a player is a better at-work costume - and it is comfy!
Wear a teal-green jumpsuit, and a white T. If you can patch or pin your "player number" on the pocket it would be a really defining detail. Pairing the look with white slip-on sneakers will really complete the costume.

To pull off this look, the short red wig is essential. Other than that, you can pair any collared shirt and skirt, or a wide neck-T like in the photo above. For a true Emily look, buy a colorful or plaid beret and wear it with an oversized blazer. Under the blazer, you can wear your favorite dress or work-shirt combo. Get cute with fun jewelry, and a colorful- boxy mini-purse.

This Netflix show hooked us all earlier this year with its gossip, beauty and wit. While we eagerly wait for season 2, dress up as a modern Bridgerton.
Pair a puff sleeve shirt with a sparkly necklace, headband, earrings or necklace. To take it up a notch go with a puff-sleeved dress and white gloves.
3 Black Widow
There's no better than a strong female superhero! Black Widow is a great choice no matter what your Halloween plans are.
For a simple look, wear a basic white button-up, which she wears throughout the film. To make it a little more obvious, go with a leather jacket with pleats (similar to the picture above) and black pants. Definitely wear your hair half-up, or splurge for a red wig.

Pair a black button-up with any kind of white tie or short scarf. For accessories glasses and some studded earrings will add to the look, but the tight low bun hairstyle is a must.

An ode to this iconic feminist hero, Cassie, from A Promising Young Woman. If you have seen the film, you know this is a story as old as time and as relevant as ever. Among many awards, the film won best costume design in the Actors Guild.
Our work-friendly take on this look is a white button-up instead of a nurse's dress, keep the rainbow wig and even a nurse hat. For your co-workers to get the reference, the wig is most important here, and a cute detail could be painting your nails a different color of the rainbow-like Cassie does in the film.
