It has become one of the rockiest relationships in showbiz, 37-year-old Kourtney Kardashian and 33-year-old Scott Disick have split up more times, since they first started dating in 2007, than we care to remember.
The couple, who have three children together; 6-year-old Mason, 4-year-old Penelope, and 1-year-old Reign, have since reunited and the rumor is that baby number four is on the way. Kourtney appeared to be displaying a rather obvious bump on her last outing in L.A and press reports believe it is only a matter of time before they make the big announcement.
Entertainment Tonight reported, "This is the first time we’ve seen Scott be this good in a very long time." So there must be something finally keeping him in check, as it has taken Kourtney more than nine years to try and get her baby daddy to behave himself. Kourtney has previously claimed on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians that she will never marry Scott because she has "commitment issues" but when it comes to making babies she never says no.
Just to add to the typical drama the Kardashian family always seems to bring, the baby's father may not even be Scott. As the couple hasn't spent the best part of this year together, we are now going to look at eight reasons Scott could potentially be the father of baby number four - and seven other potential men who could be the baby daddy.

15 Kourtney and Scott Have Been On/Off Again
An average year for the couple goes something like: Scott parties too hard, Kourtney throws him out their house, Kourtney breaks off all contact with Scott, Kourtney vows never to take Scott back again, Scott gets sober through either rehab or avoiding nightclubs, Kourtney pities Scott and takes him back - repeat this pattern for nearly a decade and throw in three children (soon to be four!) along the way and you have a brief timeline of the pair.
The fact that Scott is the father of Kourtney's baby is not outside the realms of possibility as this year the couple have still been in close contact. With his ability to charm his way back into Kourtney's life every time he messes up, it's no doubt this year they have spent a few nights together.
14 Scott Is A Good Father
There is no denying that despite his many character flaws - Scott is an awesome father. He has offered great advice to his son Mason, when during an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians the toddler's inflatable penguin floated away and Scott advised: "If it's meant to be he'll come back to you." He constantly melts our hearts by showing them endless affection - a far cry from the playboy we were first introduced to in season one.
During an interview on Kocktails With Khloe, he revealed, "People say, 'Focus on work. Make more money.' I have money. The more money I have, the less happy I am. The only thing I'm trying to focus on is focusing on the kids and trying to be a good dad.'" That's enough to make anyone pregnant.
13 Kourtney Is Crazy Fertile
Scott would have to just look at Kourtney to get her pregnant, the pair proved it really doesn't take much to make a baby between them - with three children in the space of just five years. This is something that has caused quite some upset for her sister, Kim Kardashian, who has struggled with fertility for years.
Hollywood Life reported, "Kim feels that it is difficult for her to have children. Lately, she has been really mean towards Kourtney. For the last few months, things have been tense and it all comes down to pregnancy."
Kim revealed this year that she could potentially use a surrogate for her third child as doctors have warned against natural childbirth. The source continued, "Kourtney basically can blink and have a baby, and now that Kim is having trouble she is extremely jealous and is not hiding her emotions about it to Kourtney."
12 Kourtney Takes Back Scott Whenever She's Pregnant
During an episode of KUWTK, Kim asks Kourtney, "Would you ever forgive him and get back with him?" and she replies, "There's just a lot that would have to happen." Scott knows that history will repeat itself, having a baby together is his sure way to get his foot back in the door and Kourtney falls for it every time. Fans have noticed that every time their relationship is on the rocks - BOOM! Another baby comes along.
Kourtney also can't stand when her kids ask where their father is. In one heartbreaking episode it was revealed that Mason asked, "Is (my dad) ever coming home? Is he gone for the whole wide world?" Kourtney would rather have a father for her children who has a thirst for partying than no father at all.
11 Scott Has Calmed His Partying Down
Late last year, in a bid to save his relationship, he checked into Cliffside Malibu after In Touch magazine reported, "He was drinking until 4 a.m at a Hollywood Hills house party. He was a total mess. At one point, he even pushed his crotch into a girl’s face."
Entertainment Tonight said, "(Scott) has been consistently on his best behavior for the past two months. He’s not been partying or drinking. This is the first time we’ve seen Scott be this good in a very long time. Yes, that is always something Kourtney wanted for Scott - to calm down and be at home."
It's well known that drinking alcohol heavily reduces men's fertility; it can cause impotence, reduce libido and affect sperm quality. Since Scott has sobered up, he will now be ready to use some of his newfound energy that isn't wasted on a hangover.
10 The Kardashian-Jenners LOVE Scott
Kris Jenner treats Scott like her second-son, the two are so inseparable that even Kim questioned, "So Scott, why on Earth are you hanging out with my mom, going to tea parties and doing water aerobics?" Khloe also travels with Scott to party in nightclubs and even Kendall has been caught snuggling up to him in bed (see above!)
Radar Online shockingly reported, "(Scott) says proudly how the only sister he hasn’t slept with is Kim and he even boasts that he could have slept with Kris if he’d wanted to because she was like an octopus with him, especially after she’d had a few wines."
Although these reports may not be completely true (or perhaps just a drunken Scott making things up again) but the Kardashian-Jenners do adore Scott. Behind the scenes they will be pulling the strings encouraging Kourtney to fall pregnant again so they can keep him tied to the family.
9 Kourtney Can't Stand To See Scott With Another Girl
Kourtney is desperate to keep Scott as a family man and she hates whenever he falls into the arms of another girl. Radar Online reported, "Scott has been cheating on Kourtney for a long time. Everybody knows it, including Kourtney. But she is so obsessed with him that she turns a blind eye to it."
Earlier this year it was reported that Kourtney was "suffering" as Scott appeared to have moved on with model Megan Blake Irwin. Scott and Megan were spotted on a date together in New York; the pair weren't shy about holding hands in front of the hoards of paparazzi, but instead of this being a moment of affection, it is more likely Scott had a game plan.
He knows Kourtney will get jealous and invite him round, then a bid to him back and keep him good - just like every other time Scott has been linked to a new girl - Kourtney falls pregnant again.

7 Younes Bendjima
Only two months ago, Kourtney started dating the ex-boyfriend of British model, Jourdan Dunn, 23-year-old Younes Bendjima. Jourdan will not be happy as the pair were dating just one week after they had split.
The Sun newspaper reported, "Younes had a great time with Jourdan but their busy schedules became too much and they decided to call it quits. He’s told friends that he was the one who ended it. He’s now quietly sparked a relationship with Kourtney and really fancies her. They aren’t ready to go public but there’s a real chemistry between them."
Kourtney has always had a clear thing for the younger man and she met the former boxer during Paris fashion week, they were seen together enjoying drinks and spending time with friends. The same week, a gang stole more than $4 million worth of jewelry from her sister Kim, so their time together had to be cut short robbed Kim.
6 Quincy Combs
Another young man Kourtney has been on dates with is 24-year-old Quincy Brown, who is the son of rapper and entrepreneur, Sean "P. Diddy" Combs. Brown is a singer, model and actor, and he was named after his own godfather music legend Quincy Jones. Brown is also set to inherit a part of P. Diddy's $750 million fortune.
Kourtney dug the knives into Scott as where she dined with her date, who is 12-years-her senior, at Il Pastaio in Beverly Hills is Scott's own favorite restaurant. The pair then jumped into Brown's Rolls Royce and drove off together. They had a second date at the Nice Guy Club in L.A. The pair were dating during the same time Kourtney was seen on her Snapchat laughing about with Scott.
5 Michael Girgenti
Model Michael Girgenti is one of Kourtney's former flings. When Kourtney and Scott's first son Mason was born in 2009, Girgenti claimed that he was the real father. The Daily Mail reported, "Girgenti filed paperwork at a Los Angeles County Superior Court in a bid to get joint custody of the three-year-old child alleging he had unprotected sex with the reality TV star nine months before Mason's birth."
Girgenti shared a Snapchat to his followers showing a picture of himself as a newborn and a picture of Mason as a newborn claiming they both looked alike. He told Star magazine, "If Mason is Scott's son, more power to him. But if he’s mine, I need to be with him, to be a part of his life." Girgenti could cause more problems for the family if he wants to claim this time round that their forth child could be his own too.
4 Simon Huck
The rumor mill went into overdrive when Kourtney was spotted, shortly after her breakup with Scott, in a swimsuit on a beach in Miami with a topless Simon Huck. Those who have been keeping up with the Kardashians will recognize Huck from episodes of the show, as he has been a close family friend for years.
Huck is business partners with Kim's BFF Jonathan Cheban. In 2001, Cheban started his own public relations company, CommandPR, back in 2001, and became rich after landing Kim as one of his very first clients. Huck then joined in the company nine years later and bought out Cheban, taking the company on as his own.
Despite their closeness, the Kardashian family has always claimed Kourtney and Simon Huck are "just close friends" which in showbiz terms can mean anything.
3 Taryll Jackson
Everyone can remember his or her first love and for Kourtney her high school love was Taryll Jackson. Taryll is the nephew of the King of Pop himself, Michael Jackson, and the son of Tito Jackson. His brother, T.J, dated Kim and this is how he became introduced to Kourtney.
Taryll and Kourtney had a serious relationship together for five years before his own band - 3TT - took off and he had to start touring the world. The split left Kourtney heartbroken and she has never properly got over her ex. In-between her constant fights with Scott over the years, Taryll has always been her shoulder to cry on and he is still close to her whole family.
Last year, on an episode of KUWTK, Taryll and Kourtney were reunited at a birthday party and the look of excitement in her eyes when she saw him arrive just said it all.
2 Don Brooks
The most popular new feature on Kourtney Kardashian's Insatgram is her own personal trainer Don Brooks. When she's not capturing "He kills me" on her Instagram then she is showing off his muscles on her Snapchat. Kourtney gives all the credit for her incredible post-baby body to Brooks and she is always singing his praises.
Brooks, who is nicknamed the Don-A-Matrix, is a celebrity trainer who can boast a personal client list that includes the Kardashian sisters, Black Eyed Peas singer and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker. Kourtney spoke about her workout regime with Brooks to E! Online as she revealed, "The plank is a favorite, but we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips!"

1 Justin Bieber
Kourtney and Justin Bieber have been dating on and off throughout this whole year. To torment Scott, Bieber posted a photo of himself on Instagram, standing in front of a girl (who was unrecognizable as only her legs were on display) as he appeared to be kissing her and with the caption: "Lord knows." The since deleted post was believed to be a direct dig at Scott, with the mystery woman supposedly being Kourtney, as Scott's Instagram name is "Let the Lord be with you."
A source told People magazine, "They have hooked up a few times. It happens in L.A. He has met her kids, but they don't hook up around the kids. It's on nights when she has help and is able to go out. Kourtney is great. Justin thinks it's cool that she is older and hot. She isn't clingy and has her own life."
Could Justin, who is 15 years younger than Kourtney, be the father on her unborn child? Judging on how these two have been playing around for a year - that's not impossible.
