Bella looked like she woke up in this outfit because her look was that messy. None of the pieces in this eccentric look go together. First of all, Bella rocked a see-through white bralette instead of an actual shirt. And that means everyone could see everything. Her high-waisted denim shorts looked tacky paired with those cringey red fishnets.
Bella’s bold booties did nothing to tone down the crazy of this look. The actress only made this outfit worse by pairing an oversized, athletic jacket and ridiculous sunglasses with it. Plus Bella’s pink hair is totally clashing with the red theme of this look (the beanie is the worst part). We’re not sure why an experienced starlet like Bella would think it’s appropriate to show up to a red carpet event in this ridiculous get up.

We guess Bella was off to some sort of sports game when she showed off this unique look on Snapchat. But fans were confused why the teen decided to pair her jersey with fishnets and thigh high boots- and not to mention that horrendous wig!
Bella looked like a mix between an overly enthused fan and a club dancer in this crazy outfit. The star was wearing a see-through fish net shirt along with matching tights, with nothing covering her other than an oversized jersey. She added sky-high black boots over top that added to the provocative nature of this look.
Whatever type of sporting event Bella went to, we’re sure she got a lot of attention… but probably not for her team spirit. A risqué outfit like this will do nothing but attract negative attention.

Bella risked a major nipslip when she stepped out in this risqué outfit. For a night filled with partying and fun, the teen looks like she opted for bathing suit with a plunging neckline. She brought even more attention to her chest by layering a variety of mismatched necklaces, which only added to the messy vibes we’re getting from this look.
The actress made things worse when she paired the revealing body suit with a completely sheer floor-length skirt. So what was the point of wearing the skirt if it doesn’t cover up anything? Bella then chose a pair of thigh-high lace up heels, which looked like something we’d see at a club. Her dishevelled, greasy hair and green sunglasses do nothing to make this outfit more fashion-forward.
12 The Time Bella Did Her Own Hair & Makeup
No one knew what was up with Bella when she showed up to a promotional event looking like this. During the interview, the star admitted that she’d done her own makeup and hair for the day- and we could definitely tell. Bella looked like a hot mess with her smeared winged eyeliner and gloopy, glittered face. Her hair looked a mess in that high, frizzy ponytail. No real hairstylist would ever let a client leave the salon with this up do.
But the worst thing about this look was Bella’s confusing clothing choices. In true Bella fashion, the actress wore a fishnet top and pants that made her look like she was heading to the club rather than a work-related event. She matched a pair of loose sweatpants-esque pants with the look, along with cheetah printed booties and a black crop top. Everything about this look is confusing!

Bella should not be allowed to dress up for Halloween! The teen has sported a variety of weird looks in celebration of the spooky holiday, but this one is hands down the worst. While getting dressed up to go to a party, Bella decided to try and look like a sexy cowgirl. But we doubt she was roping any guys in with this hilarious fashion fail.
Instead of actual clothing, Bella opted to just wear a lace bodysuit. The lingerie piece left little to the imagination- seriously, we’re pretty sure if you look close you can see her entire boob. Bella tried to make the look more Western-inspired with a pink vest, cowboy hat, and belt. But the thigh-high boots and lingerie just made it feel like Bella was getting ready to give a special dance rather than pose for paparazzi.

Here’s another instance Bella thought lingerie counted as clothes! The actress wore a see-though white lace bodysuit underneath a pair of white jeans. It’s easy to see Bella’s exposed boob through this incredibly risqué look, and we’re pretty sure she meant it to be that way.
The star then paired an open shirt with flames over top of the lingerie piece, which looks like she stole it straight out of Guy Fierie’s closet. Her Captain’s hat and oversized fake glasses are making us scratch our heads even more.
Honestly, it looks like Bella was playing dress up and didn’t have any normal clothes to change into. None of these pieces match together and some of them aren’t even real clothing (the lingerie bodysuit and the hat, to be exact!). Bella might have been smiling when this pic was snapped, but we doubt she’d still be doing that if she was looking in the mirror. The star stepped out with two different colors of winged glitter liner on her eyes. Her left eye is lined in bright blue glitter, while her left one is gold. But even if each eye was the same color, this makeup look would still be a complete fail.
Bella’s tacky makeup wasn’t outdone by her cringey outfit, however. The star has become known for layering pieces upon pieces together. In this look, she wore a skimpy crop top with high waisted jeans. Then she paired it with an unnecessary printed button-up underneath a leather jacket. Bella obviously has some requirements whens she’s putting together an outfit. She likes it to show off her cleavage and toned stomach, it needs to be skin tight, and it can’t make any sense.
This disco ball-inspired look, which Bella wore to an A-list event, met all of her checkpoints- and that’s probably why it ended up on this list. The actress flashed her abs and some serious underboob in this partially mess crop top. She paired it with white lace-up jeans, stilettos, and a metallic silver motto jacket.
This whole look was too matchy-matchy with the silver and white theme. It looks like Bella tried to add some color with her rainbow dip-dye hair, but it only looks like she got into a finger painting war with a 5-year old. Sorry Bella, this just isn’t your best look!

Tons of people said this risqué outfit was too provocative for someone under the age of 19. Bella was literally walking around in her underwear to this A-list event, something not many people would do. But, like we said, this isn’t ever her most shocking outfit!

That simply cannot count as a shirt! In this photo, Bella was enjoying a night out with her big sis Dani. The sisters wore equally ridiculous outfits, making it clear their bizarre fashion sense must run in the family.
On top, Bella was rocking a see-through mesh shirt that revealed everything, including her lacy black bra. She kept the rest of her look simple with skinny jeans, sky-high heels, and a denim jacket. But her dip-dye green hair, odd hat, and messy makeup weren’t helping tone down this look at all.
Dani also looked like a fashion disaster in her cray cray look. The red head also wore a mesh top that showed off her bra with jeans. Her baggy, ripped-up jeans showed off fishnets underneath, which we all know Bella is a huge fan of! Dani then added wedged combat boots and a furry leather jacket. Yikes!

Bella looked worse for wear as she left a birthday party for a famous friend in the early hours of the morning. However, the star’s outfit didn’t look much better than her. For the night out, Bella wore a lacy bustier instead of an actual shirt.
