Many people trying to lose weight will simply deprive themselves and there’s no way around the fact that it’s not healthy. Ever. It’s so important to always have balanced healthy meals. Stick to whole foods and make sure that no matter what, you’re eating enough so you can give your body energy. Not eating is never okay. It actually harms our bodies! It can be so easy to not even think about when you scroll through Khloe’s social media or some other A list celeb and see them barely talking about food, that doesn’t mean they aren’t eating, even though some people take it that way which is so dangerous! Be careful and give energy to your body!
