In Hollywood, where it’s practically a requirement to be gorgeous, good gene pools and fine-featured lineages are practically guaranteed to be passed on from one generation to the next. Persons in tinsel town are deemed celebrities sometimes based solely on physical appearance and they certainly use their looks to their advantage and earn tons of money from it, never mind if they lack any real talent. But the fact of the matter is, they are good-looking.
More often than not, when celebrities breed, their kids are just as beautiful or even better-looking than their famous parents. Some are the carbon copy of their parents, like Ava Phillippe. She’s the spitting image of her mom Reese Witherspoon and can very well be a movie star on her own. Or there’s also Kate Hudson, who doesn’t look like her mom Goldie Hawn, but many regard her as much prettier. And what of the sons! 15 Pierce Brosnan (son Sean)
Before he became swashbuckling British agent 007, handsome Irishman Pierce Brosnan rose to popularity in Hollywood via the hit TV show Remington Steele, where he played the titular character. His personal life was not without its ups and downs, though. He lost his first wife Cassandra Harris to ovarian cancer when their son Sean was only eight years old, but his father did a great job raising Sean. Today, Sean is 32, married, and is a budding actor. He resembles his father, but has his own brand of handsomeness too.

Many deemed Arnold Schwarzenegger one lucky guy when he married into the Kennedy clan, America’s version of a royal family. The Austrian body builder and movie star married Maria Shriver, a direct niece of the late John F. Kennedy and together, they had four beautiful children. One of their children Patrick, followed in his father’s footsteps by going into acting, as well. Patrick, 22, has a good mix of both his parents’ features. His mother’s looks make him a better-looking version of his dad.

Being the son of the great Clint Eastwood can’t be easy. It’s easy to be eclipsed by the actor and director’s shadow, what with his many accomplishments in the entertainment industry. But Scott Eastwood was lucky to have been able to rise to prominence on his own, despite riding on the Eastwood surname. He is one of today’s hottest, sexiest celebrities, being both an actor and a model. He clearly inherited his father’s good looks, with features that are even more chiseled.
12 Jeremy Irons (son Max)
Legendary English actor Jeremy Irons has his name figuratively carved in stone in both theatre and the movies, being one of the few actors who have won the “Triple Crown of Acting.” He has an Academy Award, an Emmy Award, and a Tony Award. Not very many people know that he has been married to the same woman for almost 40 years, which is a rarity in Hollywood indeed. From that marriage came two sons, one of who is 30-year-old Max, whose good looks have landed him gigs as a film actor and model.

Don Johnson was your regular Hollywood ladies’ man, having been married four times and fathered five children. Perhaps the most well-known of Johnson’s five offspring is Dakota Johnson, his daughter by actress Melanie Griffith, whom the actor married twice. Many may not be aware that Dakota has an older brother who is also an actor, Jesse Wayne Johnson. He is the spitting image of his dad, from his blonde hair to his piercing, sexy eyes.
10 Stellan Skarsgard (son Alexander)
Although Stellan Skarsgard has been making the rounds in Hollywood for years, he probably came into mainstream recognition only recently, in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and At World’s End; then as Bill Anderson in Mamma Mia and Dr. Erik Selvig in Thor. Aside from being one versatile actor, he can also be credited with one amazing gene pool. He’s the father of actor Alexander Skarsgard, best known for his role as vampire Eric Northman on the HBO series True Blood.
9 Will Smith (son Trey)
Who can forget that 1998 music video of Will Smith declaring his love and affection to his then little boy Trey in the hit song Just The Two of Us? That cute kid has since grown up. A product of his father’s marriage to first wife Sheree Zampino, Trey is now 23 years old and has dabbled in acting himself. He appeared in two episodes of the sitcom All of Us and has guested in Oprah. He may not be as known as his younger half-siblings Jaden and Willow, but there’s no denying that Trey is his father’s son.
8 Michael Keaton (son Sean Douglas)
In real life, Michael Keaton is actually called Michael John Douglas. But he obviously couldn’t go by the same name as that of the already-famous bearer of said name, the great actor Michael Douglas. So he decided to go by the stage name Michael Keaton and the name has served him well, helping him build his craft. Not many know that multi-platinum songwriter and producer Sean Douglas is Keaton’s son. He’s definitely handsome enough to be an actor, but he chooses to be behind the scenes in the music industry.
7 Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn (son Wyatt)
After their respective failed marriages, Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn made the conscious decision to be together without having to tie the knot. And apparently, their decision has paid off, as the celebrity couple has been in a happy, committed relationship for more than 32 years. Russell and Hawn share one son together, Wyatt Russell. The handsome half-brother of Oliver and Kate Hudson (Hawn’s children by her first marriage) has dabbled in acting, but is also a former professional hockey player.
6 Robert Pine (son Chris)
Today’s generation most certainly knows who Chris Pine is, in his roles as James T. Kirk in the Star Trek reboot film franchise and as Cinderella’s Prince in the movie musical Into the Woods, where he even displayed his singing chops. But not many know that acting is really in his blood, as his father was also an actor named Robert Pine. The older generation would definitely know him as Sergeant Joseph Getraer in the early 1980s TV series CHIPs.
5 James Caan (son Scott)
Back in his heyday, James Caan was one of Hollywood’s finest, having come into prominence in the 1960s. But it was in the 1970s when he truly had his breakthrough roles in films such as The Godfather, for which he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. He was married four times and from his second marriage, he had a son Scott, who is also an actor. Scott is most known for his role as Detective Danny Williams in the CBS TV series Hawaii Five-0.
4 Kirk Douglas, Michael Douglas, and Cameron Douglas
Three generations of great-looking actors is a rarity indeed. It all started with Kirk Douglas, who was one of Hollywood’s most famous movie stars in the 1940s, rising to fame in the 1949 boxing-themed drama film Champion. He fathered another famous actor, one who has probably surpassed his accomplishments: Michael Douglas. Michael has the distinction of having an Academy Award and several Golden Globe Awards, among many others. His son Cameron has also dabbled in acting.
3 Diana Ross (son Evan)
As the lead singer of The Supremes, which became Motown’s most successful act in the 1960s, Diana Ross rose in popularity with hit songs such as Baby Love, Stop! In the Name of Love, and You Keep Me Hangin’ On. Not very many people know that Ross has five children from her two marriages. One of them is Evan Ross by her second husband Arne Naess, Jr. Evan is himself an actor and musician, having made his acting debut in 2006 in the drama film ATL.

Tom Hanks is definitely considered one of the greatest actors of our time, having won multiple awards, including back-to-back Academy Awards for Best Actor for the films Philadelphia and Forrest Gump.
